Owens will make us a faster defense Ill like that. Who is he battling with?
Until Al force feeds him until he's 290 and puts him at the 5 technique along with the rest of the roster per his grand scheme to intentionally sabotage his players' draft stock.

Chad is already 260 and has a frame to fill out. With the premise that the 3-4 will be here as long as Golden is, there is nowhere else Chad could be except at the 5, unless you want him to switch positions after 1 year.
There is no way that kid stays at 260 regardless of the scheme with that frame. Any guy is gonna gain weight in a college S and C program with a training table. Chad is already near the outermost limits for a college 3-4 OLB without going thru even a single UTough. He's only 17-18 pounds less than Chick as a true freshman vs. a senior. He's going to be in the high 280s when he fills out....and that would be true if he was at bama too.
Go back and watch chicks high School highlights. Dude was crazy fast.Chad told the staff that he does not want to be more than 260. he seen what they did to chick, he not dumb.
Weight isn't the reason Chickillo isn't a quick-twitch rush end. His best qualities has always been his relentlessness and strength to set the edge. Chad Thomas has Chickillo's size, BUT the guy has a much quicker first-step off the line and is much more athletic coming off the edge.

Lmfao no he wasn't.
If the comp between Kaaya and Heaps is close. You gotta go with Heaps and redshirt Kaaya
Don't understand that logic. If a 5th year senior can't seperate himself from a true freshman, he shouldn't get the job.
And we're not talking about your average freshman. He's a cerebral 6'4 220+lb freshman, that's main attribute isn't athletic ability, it's pocket presence, timing and accuracy... That's even more uncommon
I fully believe Kayaa more poise then Heaps. When these boys flying around in pads. Heaps better be able to take the heat.If the comp between Kaaya and Heaps is close. You gotta go with Heaps and redshirt Kaaya

Staff wants an experienced QB, someone who isn't going lose a game like a Frosh could. People need to really temper the hype on Kaaya it's only three days in practice and y'all crowning him in shorts.
If Kevin Olsen's name was Kevin Smith he would've been a 3 star recruit who signed with a mid major.
He's never really shown anything above average talent.
That is so not true. I love how fans always say this after the fact. He flashed at the Elite 11 camp and was highly recruited b/c of his talent in high school. His name had nothing to do with it, other than giving Miami a leg up b/c of his brother.
He finished 10th out of 11 QB's at The Elite 11 camp.

On top of that he looked terrible at The Under Armor game.
In reality, he was no better a prospect than Stephen Morris coming out of High School. He just has a better name and a football family background.
I'm not gonna even bother. Lol. Morris when we took him initially was considered to be a depth guy, he just ran into luck that Teddy didn't end up here.
Olsen way better prospect, this is beyond hilarious. Olsen was regarded as top 5-10 QB by all sites. He was no push over at all.
If anything, Morris overachieved here, can ask anyone way back, only thing people saw in Morris was an arm. Everyone looked at him as depth.
Maybe it's the angle, but Njoku looks huge
I hate her
