Dallas moved back to DB

LOL at people calling Lu a troll.

Good posters and mods/admins "troll" this place all the time to stir it up or for giggles. Let's not make it seem like people are comparing him to average FSU ****bag coming here to **** with us.
Name them.

Pete

Quick list - Pete, Tito, SFBay stir the ****, You right now. Almost everyone here mixes it up and has some fun. Then there are those with schtick and misinformation who troll us for giggles, like Chise and Whooping, up to their hijinx. Then there are true trolls from the outside ******* with us.

Current problem is everyone is tense and when a positive hope for the Spring is stomped on as a blind slurper folks kinda get tired of it. Things are not all rosy, but we know what already happened, we can only really hope what happens next is better. Doesn't mean we will be happy about it or not critically discuss it.

The only person you named that does any kind of trolling is Whopper. You wanna add Sneaky Pete for doing stuff with Luther Campbell and Chad Wilson, fine. But SFBay? Tito? Not sure what your definition of troll is but it's obviously different than mine.

Franchise and myself are unhappy with the way the program is going. We both made a hard turn after the Virginia Tech game happened. No one had a problem with us before that time, when we were making every excuse under the sun and rationalizing everything that was happening to that point. We've also posted less in recent weeks. You can categorize us as insufferable twats for complaining all the time, but we're not trolling.

It was my quick response to indicate many people stir things up or fuel the fire (whether it be Stay Tuned, PM me, misinformation and buffoonery or mods adding gas to the flame) but when the board is embroiled in the Golden Wars, and we stir it up, threads can go off line quickly.

**** or not, I understand your turn whether I like your complaining or not.

btw al golden isn't paid to put every single kid in the best position to be a pro. he's paid to win games. those goals often overlap but sometimes they don't.

miami needed dallas at RB last year, but not in 2014. it's nice that he was cool with switching but it is what it is.

How is that working out for THE U?

Move makes perfect sense. Dude doesn't posses the instinct to play RB. Also isn't that big of a deal to not be deep at this position in the spring. You either have it, or you don't @ the position. Duke, Yearby, and Edwards will be fine come the start of the season.

I think Crawford asked to be moved to Safety which is his money position for his last two years. All Dallas wanted to do was get on the field and contribute so he was a team player and was a scout QB, then a RB for the team needs early on his career and now is being rewarded with the move back.

Other takeaways:

(1) Safety play will make the biggest turnaround in 2014 going from Highsmith, Rodgers and an up and down Jenkins to a healthy Bush, a progressing carter, dallas, Kiy Hester and Jenkins.

(2) A lot of Gus Edwards faults and valid criticisms are coachable and he gets a lot of reps this spring to work on fixing them.

(3) For recruiting purposes the Patrick's, Cronkrite's, Scarlett's of this 2015 class gotta luv that depth chart and the coaches need to be selling playing time especially with Duke likely to leave next yr.

Move makes sense since it really served no purposes to have him #2 behind Duke being that they were similar type of runners.
Duke and big boy Gus will make a dynamic one two punch. Thunder and lightning if you will.
Plus DC is playing his more natural position at Safety.
Golden is getting this program back to where players don't have to switch positions in order to fill a void in depth at certain positions.

Thunder and lighting is the most overrated, overused buzz-term of all time. **** is so overrated.

Gus isn't even a "thunder" player. He runs softer than both Duke and Dallas. I'd take Duke and Dallas over Duke and Gus.

Also, once Yearby gets healthy he'll probably jump Gus Bus for playing time. Lightning and Lightning. I don't need thunder.

I'd take the guy with a 5.1 ypc (Gus) over the 4.1 guy (Dallas). But I'm sure you have your logical reasons for wanting the guy that averages 1 yard less.

Top 30 defense, break some ****** stat for whatever?

I can't take you seriously. You're the dumbass that tried to use total tackles as the basis to your claim that our DL makes more plays than top defenses in the country like UF, FSU, LSU and MSU.

Wow!

Dallas is a smart guy with huge cojones. I'll take him playing WR, corner, safety or running back because he'll contribute at wherever position he is needed

THIS!!!!! Dallas is a player, we need 11 more guys like Dallas!!!! I would have rather seen Dallas as FS or SS then Highsmith and Rogers!!!!

It's not about taking me seriously. It's about you taking a running back with a 1 yards less ypc without providing any sound reasoning to support your position. I made you look foolish and can't back yourself up except by trying to deflect. Weak but I got you dog.

Edwards had a gaudy 5 ypc but who was the player our coaches went to in short yardage and goal line situations even though Edwards out-weighed Crawford by 30 pounds?

Who got a bulk of the carries when Duke went down? Who do you think our coaches trusted more to tote the rock?

Agree. Look at the competition Edwards got the yards against too.

He was good for a 1 yard loss when we needed and inch for a first down. Surpirsed?

I'm surpirsed at how badly Golden whiffed on elite S FL rbs this year.
