The NCAA rules keep getting struck down as illegal restraints on trade because the players aren't given the opportunity to collectively bargain and agree to them. That's not the case with pro sports. It'd be like SCOTUS striking down the NFL's salary cap, which isn't going to happenI agree but I think in today’s climate of “don’t limit someone earnings” they’d have a better chance of winning. For my love of CFB I pray it never happen. It’s probably only been a handful of guys I can remember that could be one and done in the NFL.
