Yep. I have friends in their recruiting dept, 1 is an analyst, and 1 in their training/s&c.. they’ve been spilling the beans on it to me.

He’s texted the guy in the recruiting dept but all in all they’ve kept it from team doctors, training staff, etc

Beyond the injury concerns and concerns over his play fall off this year.. I have my own concerns about his leadership, etc. I’ve heard some stories
Maybe I’m misreading what you are saying but is he making his own medical decisions outside of what doctors are telling him? Or are you saying that he has his own medical team and isn’t telling UGA what he’s doing?

Miami is in "South Beach."

He's a massive upgrade over Emory but we're still a 6-8 win team with him. We barely won 10 games with a generational QB this year.
Wrong. With a good d and a good o, we will be a very good team. With an excellent o and a very very bad d, we were average. Wake up.

If he can’t do it at UGA with all the talent they have I don’t see him just magically being able to all of a sudden on a less talented team
I would argue offensively we were as talented if not more talented this year on just offense. This upcoming season it remains to be seen.

Absolutely not true about Wash St as evidenced by half their team leaving this year to P4 teams.

You are literally just tossing out your opinion of a guy that played one year against G5 competition vs a guy that played the toughest schedule in college football the last two years.

Opinions are like ******** ... everybody has one.
Let me know in a year how those guys work out. People are raiding their defense but those dudes couldn’t stop a cold. They made a guy look like a Heisman contender that got benched 3 weeks later.

It seems like there are a lot of people trying really hard to prove that he sucks. Comparing him to tvd is the most ridiculous sht I’ve ever seen. I’ve seen all of tvd’s home games. Dude was throwing to wide open db’s his last season here.

Beck is gonna have a ton of time to throw.
Mendoza would’ve been another great get imo for the same reason.
Beck has more experience against better comp.

Now if this gets done, you go after a good friend of mine.
He wants to bring joy to the world.
Joy to the fishes and the deep blue see.
Joy to you and me.
Go watch Beck against UF and see if you can spot the difference

He doesn’t strike me as the leader type. Maybe he realizes this is his money year and changes his mentality some.

Another case where finishing 2nd or 3rd in the recruitment is helpful. Although having the twin(s) in your corner probably is more important TBH. In the end, NIL probably more important than both of those factors.

did you watch UGA this past year? Becks middle stretch was every bit as bad. he had a great year the year before.

isaiah horton left the #1 offense with incoming carson beck to go play for bama who's losing a first round qb and playing with a true freshman

colby young 2.0 but even worse

I wonder why so many kids even jump into the first round of the portal. Personally I would wait until the second window.

1. You can see how your current teams roster shakes out for a more informed decision;
2. You become an even hotter commodity the second round when options are limited (NIL);
3. You also get to see how the other teams rosters shake out, again making a more informed decision on where to go

It doesn’t prevent you from staying with your team either if you still enter the second round. That’s the leverage play for a pay bump to your current NIL deal.
