Beck technically has one year of eligibility remaining and IF he decides to not enter the NFL Draft with the hopes of boosting his stock with one more year at the college level (this move worked for Cam Ward), I could see him being an option that Miami would have interest in.”

Lots of variables involved here (Does Beck want to do another year of college? Does Beck want to do another year of college away from UGA? Does Miami want to wait that long to find out what Beck wants to do?). Again, Miami will explore all options at quarterback and this could POTENTIALLY be an option for college programs to explore.

he seems like the type that needs all the pieces around him to be good

More I think about it the more I would love Beck. I would like Mendoza as well but Beck 1 and done worrying about the draft and if Miami can turn him into a draftable QB again then that would do wonders for Mario and Miami in many other ways again.

Beck has to either return to Georgia or find a landing spot in the portal. Needs to rebuild his draft stock and prove he’s healthy. If his elbow is fine, there’s no comparison between he and Mendoza.

When it’s all said and done…I think we end up with Mendoza

at this point, i wouldnt be opposed anymore esp if the options are beck and ewers. both are better than emory and mendoza imo in terms of natural talent, but the gaffes in game were TVD esque.

They only lost 2 games this year and one was in absolute dog **** weather with his oline was hurt.
