Can we stop with the Emory is QB1 Talk now.

Noodle arm plus statue with no pocket awareness. Got that tard glaze in his eyes too. Anyone who hyped this kid should be banned
Elite size and body type (immunity)

Highly accurate

Good team guy

**** your own face if you pushed any of these talking points

@DMoney who were the people in the building that were confident Emory could be the guy? His parents?

No they won’t because this fanbase has the least football knowledge of any fanbase not named the miami dolphins

Emory has nothing going for him and looks like a recruiting miss, even as a 3 star recruit.

Noodle arm. Not accurate. Slow going through his reads. Not especially athletic or fast. If we don’t get a portal QB (and pretty much have to at this point but it won’t be a great pickup), we’ll have to rely on a true freshman. I’ll be surprised if Emory even stays at this point.

Mega trash. I was shocked they didn’t trust him. He was prepared because the single half was planned.

Portal or nickel worst case. It’s over. Not all three stars are built the same. Emory is a backup at best. Some three stars have tools. He has a brain. That’s it.

Someone on here said Emory over milroe. lol

I don’t think you can accurately judge him after this it would be a different story if Dawson opened up the playbook throughout out the half. In actuality he allowed him to throw 6 times before that final possession almost entirely lateral passes. I’m not sure what you expect when u put him into a tough situation where he was not given a chance to get into rhythm and was cold.

In Emory's defense, he (and every other backup) got zero playing time because our ****e defense kept every game razor-thin close.
He’s practiced and been in this offense for two whole years miss me with the excuses

Cam was cooking with the same group … to throw for less than 20 yards is embarrassing

he played an entire quarter and threw one pass. They weren't interested in getting him "warmed up". They put him on the field to give him a shot and say they did it and hoped he could just preserve the win. It failed. And they should have known it would fail since there was next to no defense again. Just a really bad decision all the way around.

I used to love Emory. He is fine at QB2. Forever. We need him to compete against a legit transfer talent.
