It was so obvious at times what our playcall was going to be. Harbaugh would have saved some money and not scouting our signals because we advertised it ourselves.

Regarding the Lake writeup and Lance response, who on here isn't going into this season expecting victory? QB, WR, OL, TE, DE, DT, LB, CB. We are better at every single position group except safety, and even there we're "SAFETY-ER".

I won't believe it until I see it. But if the DTs are as good as being discussed on here, we are going to outright terrorize Mertz. That team still hasn't identified its 5 starters along the OL. Not because they are 8 or 9 deep like us. Because they DO NOT HAVE 5 P4 CALIBER OL. @Ghandi looks like you don't have to worry about Marley Cook as much any more. He's now 6th stack ranked after Barrow, Clark, Moten, Scott and Campbell. And hopefully Horton can actually come off the IR at some point smh.

I legit don't see any team stopping our offense. FSU maybe has the best shot at slowing us down if all their transfers (e.g., Marvin Jones) gel into something. But as of right now, this is a better team than any Miami has fielded since 2004 and better than anyone we play.

Through the first 4 games he was 260 YPG 11 TDs and 1 INT. And Miami was on the verge on breaking into the top 15. What happened to TVD was beyond anyone's prediction ability.

I thought Emory was limited as well but I watched the Clemson game again last night on the ACC Network, and Emory was better than I remembered. And yes I know Dawson protected him all game with easy throws into 1 on 1 coverage, but with UM’s running game that can work. I found myself wondering what JIm Harbaugh could do with Emory. Win the running game, force the defense to leave the corners isolated because the safeties have to help in the run game, and then take occasion shots on the outside.

The other UM has made a living off that for 10 years under Harbaugh. I believe this UM could do the same with Emory at QB.

Poff is by FAR the better athlete with a better arm and experience in CFB. Why would you think Emery will surpass him? The only advantage Emery has is height.

I would be interested to see now many of these were with Emory or Jacurri in the game, though. They very likely don’t have any freedom at the LOS and audibles from the sideline aren’t very easy with inexperienced kids like that, too.

But if even most of those were with TVD, that’s inexcusable. Get into a better ******* play.

Actually, hindsight is 20/20 on this one.

The worst thing to happen to TVD last year was Bowling Green beating GaTech. That forced GaTech to fire their DC and the interim started running zone. And we all saw what happened vs GaTech.

Once that was out on film, it was over for TVD.
