Our formations also partly play a role in that as well. When we bring an extra Olineman in as an inline TE with a condensed formation we tend to get more guys in the box
Or motion a wr in tight , our formations set us up for failure against loaded boxes. Being condensed that much makes it easier to disguise the D. Hopefully we get away from that this year. I have my eye on Dawson this season , it’s sink or swim for that guy and there’s no excuses.

esp w the level of talent and proven WRs we have. QB, RB, WRs, TEs hopefully, and OL. no excuses as you said

People hate it when I write this but winning is winning.
I'm so mad that you said that

Lot of hype as usual.

2 biggest concerns:

Is Dawson gonna be predictable?
Is Mario and Mirabol gonna get too involved?

We lost a few games last year on the above. If the above doesn’t change, it’s not going to matter how much talent we got.

I understand the skepticism over Dawson and Mario. Both are earned. But I disagree on Mirabal. He’s an OL coach and a **** good one at that. I want my OL coach to have the mentality that we can run the ball against any front and shove it up the defense’s asre. It’s up to the OC and ultimately the HC to make sure we are not one-sided and take advantage of our weapons.
