Man if only Bobby could’ve enrolled and played. Sometimes I find myself imagining how differently things could’ve been from the 2004-2010 era if Butch had never went to the NFL. Local area was littered with talent on the mid 2000s but tons of players either left or didn’t pan out.

03 Killian vs Carol City was legendary. Washington vs the best defensive unit dade has ever seen. WW, Kenny Phillips and R Jean-Francois. Washington’s exact quote “they’re coming from everywhere”

Charlie was THEE highest regarded one. He was a 5 star and was rated just above bobby if I remember correctly. **** lawd was that a HORRIBLE evaluation by those scouts. Him and Bobby just got lost.

Terrible eval on Charlie Jones. Even back then most thought BW was better and Charlie was a bit ovrerrated. He would of worked beter at a big 10 school maybe..like a Wisky type school

I'd hope you mean Mike by that. That's where it starts and ends. Who else you got? That headcase ridley? Who's the other hall of famer? I'm sure I should know better but not right now? Isn't cris Carter from Broward or was he from Ohio originally?

Key to remember is south fla kids play so many different positions till they get to college. Tough to really put them into a. Category like that. Look at Roscoe and ethic. QBs all throughout highschool. In roscoes case a **** good wr once he settled in. Dre would've been a complete monster in high school with an actual QB. Roscoes can't see over a midgets knee and that's who's throwing him the ball...

The honorable mention list is crazy. Derrick Gibson was a really good player. I don’t care that he went to FSU and he is honorable mention.

I played against Freddie Miles and Buster Rhymes. We couldn’t decide who was better at the time.

I got to work out with Elvis Peacock in the summer (he graduated a couple of years before me). His dad was a custodian at Palmetto and Elvis would hang out and work out with us. He was a freak- he was my height 6’1”, but was probably about 215-220 and ran a 9.5 100! (Yards)
