I agree that most of us can’t be objective with this stuff. With that said…. Objectively Miami has an easier path to the playoffs, has an offensive scheme that would allow him to showcase his talents for the next level, has a SIGNIFICANTLY better OL, is bringing in more talented receivers from the portal for visits than OU, is going to offer an excellent NIL package including one that allows him to not pay income taxes, and is program that has improved year over year all three years under Mario. Objectively Miami is a better situation than OU. But as you said no one knows what’s important for him and his family. Maybe OU being the close to home school is too much to over come, but to not consider and hear out Miamis pitch would be insane on his part.

If you knew absolutely nothing but only that his OC and QB coach both left Wash state to go to OU..it’s the safest bet. But even OU insiders are doing away with the “done deal” talk and the % predictions because they now know they have to sell him and it’s not going to be an easy sell.

They’ll say anything at this point to try to pressure this to a close IMO.

He may go there but OU has been saying this is a done deal and you can slowly see their machismo and confidence slipping
