Career trajectory? If you mean prestige of position, that's about opportunities, and he got big ones early, probably before he was ready. But it's pretty evident that he's become a better coach over time. Won 11 games twice at FAU and has won 10, 8, 11, & 9 games in the last four years in the SEC with tough schedules at a program that's not historically good.

I hate watch a lot of OSU games so I can talk **** to the bunch of people I know around that program and early in the year I was shocked how weak they were in the trenches

Yes it was WSU's best Olineman(based upon what i read). According to the write up I saw he is viewed as a legit NFL prospect.
