Let me get this straight, if Oklahoma hired a guy who was Cam Ward's OC for ONE YEAR (not two) and who was a part of a coaching staff that earned two fewer victories than the prior year, then Cam Ward would have picked Oklahoma?

WHAT is being signed right now that is sooooo binding?
I'm asking. At this point, I think an NIL agreement might be the most binding contract a Portal player could sign.

If we brought that portal haul in, I'd be more confident in the playoffs next year than I was for this year lol That's a TON of top end talent brought in. Morris isn't Cam but he'd absolutely thrive in this system and with those weapons and OL.I’ll go without Mateer to be honest. He’s an extra win. Cam was like 2.5 wins.

Having said that, I agree, the Tweets say people signed. And in the past, the only thing transfer kids signed was a financial aid agreement, which is not binding.
I'm just saying, the only thing that LOCKS IN is enrollment. If a kid enrolls, then he would have to go BACK into the Portal to transfer again.
PS, I found the article, and it is a bit unclear. As I've said, a player may always renege on a financial aid agreement. On the other hand, it appears the NCAA has jack-hammered a new clause in there to prevent "re-entering" the Portal, though I don't think it has ever been tested in court and/or enforced.
We shall see.
