Lot of “mid” that people here didn’t want last year or next year.

Cam Ward isn’t just appearing again. This roster has other holes, and hopefully they get addressed.

But Dawson turned our 100th ranked offense to the 30’s and then number 1. There’s been a consistent message the staff and players live and trust Emory.

Sucks that we don’t get the new fun toy. But we got to trust the guys that have just had some really good success and what they see.

Just so you're aware, this is the genius who thought the stadium was empty because the band wasn't in their seats. This was while he was at the game upset because he couldn't bring in his vape and a bottle of rum.

I wanted mateer. Still would love a clear upgrade if available. Mendoza isn’t that to me. I’d rather ride with Emory and Luke and trust Dawson and a bunch of other coaches and players if we can’t find a true stud.

Yeah sure, there's an excuse for every miss. It's everyone else's fault but ours. When you miss on everyone, finish outside the top 10, get no QB, no CBs, miss after miss after miss.... it's not.a "them" problem, it's a Miami problem. Our NIL is broke.

You would THINK they would have some pride. We play Notre Dame at home next season. Florida at home next season. If we had boosters worth a **** they would overpay for everyone just to win those two games against rivals we won't play at home again for decades.

This is the same tired excuse we hear every time. OK let's say you're right and he had no interest. Is Mateer the ONLY QB that can take you to the playoffs, beat Notre Dame and beat Florida? No, but we didn't get ANY of those QBs.

The only hail mary left is Quinn Ewers, and he's going to be a lot more expensive than Mateer so I can pretty much guarantee we're not ponying up for him. We'll end up with Mendoza or some other mid scrub who everyone will find a way to hype up next year, only to win 7 games, and everyone will blame coaching when you pretty much know in February which teams are going to be good.

It's on the boosters.

The safety has multiple years to play. As for Patterson supposedly getting upset, maybe you hadn't heard, but there are usually more than one safety on the field.
