This is a critical point. When people say Mario is an elite recruiter they should consider not just his ability to sign who he wants but whether he identifies the right guys to sign. A without B is not elite.

Wouldn't you also say there is no development on the defensive side of the ball? It seems everybody goes backwards with Guidry and staff.

There doesn't seem to be that problem on the offensive side of the ball, QBs aside.

I think those are his 2023 stats.

I don't know much about this kid, but I do find it discouraging that he's a LB who has started over 20 games in his career and has apparently never forced a fumble.
