Technically it's not Mario's job to develop guys. It's Mario's job to hire position coaches who can develop their position. You tell me if you think he has failed at that. I'll ask you this outside of offensive line which position group has guys that look like they have developed physically and learned their position well?????

I hate that we keep taking defensive players on with Guidry still being the DC. I really think we need to have at least a new DC in place to sign off on the players coming in.

Guidry signed off on bringing a lot of players on defense last year that disappointed.
 
The unfortunate part of such a poorly coached unit is, from the outside, you don't know exactly what is needed. I saw no impact LB's on the field this season. I am for sure bringing in 1, but do we need 2? What do the young DL bring? We saw nothing. Do we need 1 more DT or 1 DE. Who is making these decisions since everyone should be fired?

Not a good room if u r trying to get to the levels of the likes of Georgia and terrible recruiting this cycle at that position. Only signed Wiley.

Bissainthe I can live with, he certainly isn't the reason we lose games.
I'd rather then invest heavily in a NT/1Tech, and watch these LBs flourish.
Maybe plays I've seen these NTs put on skis. Hard for a linebacker to make any plays in that case.

Mario controls reps and is supposed to instill some form of discipline. He obviously isn’t in practice doing much coaching and he doesn't offer any schematic help. That combined eith hiring inept coaches I'd put blame 70-30 Mario.

The biggest problem is At some point you need to give them a chance to prove it.
