Oh Im a fan of this kid and he was my favorite recruit in his class when he came out but ask some SC fans and he kinda underachieved last year for whatever reason (I didnt pay attention to USC football but seem like they were in shambles overall). I am still high on his skillset and think he would do really well in Dawson offense, think he would shine actually.

But at this point in their careers Singleton has shown more and he didnt play with ELITE OC and QB combo to begin career. Its not a knock on Branch if we are speaking honestly. Either or would be a plus here

Don't know what happened with him at SC this year (10.7 ypc and just 1 receiving TD, wtf?) other than Lincoln Riley's continuing decline.

Still can't imagine a player any more dangerous in one-on-one situations

Agreed. What made our offense #1 in country was even though Restrepo was the man, every other position still had a dude who could produce and Cam would get them the ball majority of time. We need a weapon or two, not sure if a TE weapon is available but need one to replace what Arroyo bought also (not sure that dynamic is on roster)

We had Jaden playing with his eyes closed and couldnt take him off the field for no matter how many times he ****ed up. Dude had diplomatic immunity because of guidry and not having anyone else basically.

Singleton has produced more by any metric in an offense that isnt pass heavy. Singleton has shown more coming out of high school if we arent looking at high school ratings. He is the better player.

My concern with both of these guys is they don't score many TDS. If we got Singleton for example would he play the same position as X did? X had what 12TDs this year? Singleton I was shocked to see had 3. This guy had 1.

TD's are completely circumstantial.

It's solely dependent on QB & OC. It's a matter of target shares & opportunities based on field position & play calling.

Restrepo got a lot of TD's because he was usually the #1 option for us in the Red Zone, because the OC would draw up plays for him to get the ball & the QB would decide to look for him.

GTech is a run first team, if they're ever within 30yds of the end zone, they're handing it off.
