There is more significant chance of changing the overall philosophy of the defense than seeing Coach D fired.

should neg you for bad mojo this is bowl week....

No. So we can write off 2014 again.

UL laying 600+ yards on us Saturday will be a precursor to next year.

You should neg yourself thinking solid players will get it done in this scheme. He needs all world 5* if he plans on sticking around. Solid won't cut it.

I think Duh Ville's gunna light us up so bad that it will force Al's hand.

The first part will happen. It's questionable whether it will be enough to force Golden's hand. However, another embarrassing 500 plus yard game in a bowl on national tv will certainly bring the heavy heat from the boosters.

Articles in newpapers, sports magazines, and numerous internet blogs and articles all point out that the Miami Defense and Mark D'Onofrio are in trouble. Golden has been softly asked about it repeatedly during interviews.

There's no possible way he can be so blind, deaf, and dumb enough to keep D'Onofrio.

But if he is, then Golden is gone after this next year. We lose to Louisville - and Louisville slashes our defense - the outrage will be deafening.

Where in **** are the Michael Irwin's in NOT pushing this matter? It's not opinion - the numbers tell the tale! D'Onofrio is awful.

Who knows? Who cares.

I'm a fan and I support the program. Period. My opinion is irrelevant to the powers that be the U. And yes, I donate $ as an alumni but that entitles me to nothing except more requests for $.

There are certain topics that you guys obsess on that will never happen and will only drive you crazy.

An on campus stadium for one, and Dorito getting fired (at least this season) for another. Are we going to have a meltdown if he isnt?

How do you know Michael IRVIN is not saying anything behind the scenes?

While I understand your sentiment, the reality is that posters going insane on message boards have little effect on administrations, while $ from boosters and alumni do in fact sway, but that is done privately.

I say he will be gone around Monday. Why? NFL season finishes then. Golden has shown a strong desires to pick from the NFL ranks, plus he will probably want to set up his buddy with a position coach job in the NFL, which starting monday is when they open up
