Unfortunately, Al is not going to fire him. Our only hope is that Mark gets another job and leaves. Failing that, hopefully Al will dump his own stupid defense and install one that can stop someone. Other than that, we sit back and let Al recruit 2014 and 2015 and then fired both of them. Then we can bring in a game coach who will ride Al's recruits to a couple NC games. Then, after he bleeds the recruiting out, we start over again.
