Xavier Lucas in the portal

I mean I actually do agree there should be damages for signing an NIL deal and then immediately breaking it. If you do that as a contract worker for construction you can get sued for compensatory damages. I mean it just has to be reasonable.

If you sign a $100k NIL deal and want to immediately break it to go somewhere else, you should owe the money back (if it was like at signing and you performed no "work" agreed upon by then) + maybe like 5% for breaking it within a month, and maybe going down to 0 after a semester or something. I think it's reasonable.

Ultimately if there are ZERO negative ramifications for these kids just signing and leaving immediately for every bigger offer thats not a good thing....
I’m sure they did the same to get TVD 😂 they just mad because they got Miami trash

I don’t care if you believe me or not. I have a life and I don’t hang around any forum 24/7 nor I am inclined to post everything I know.

Miami has moved on from Lucas and are focused on other targets. You’ll see later.
I wasn’t being a smart ***. I 100% believe you because it’s a rule of CIS. If a poster with absolutely no history of posting as an insider comes with negative information, it’s true.

The anti-TOC 🤣. The real way to do this is tell everyone they are too stupid for the details and remain vague.

Nobody ever said "too stupid", though that certainly applies to you. I said you are untrustworthy and have no friends.

And just like me, the poster you are praising didn't share details, yet you didn't FREAK OUT and start screaming about "fake insiders".

You're just a bitter and salty old woman.

with lucas, brantley, richard, OJ, hill, and brown - i cant imagine this AZ making it past spring
Brantley has injury history, Richard is coming off torn ACL and won't even be healthy to start the season. Idk why you'd think this dude wouldn't make it past Spring. I'd say Richard, Dyoni, and the guy that tried to leave last year - Damari - would be as/more likely to leave in Spring lol.

brown isnt leaving. OJ is back. Brantley is healthy as of now and is better than the AZ DB. you also have lucas thats gonna come in and start. how many DBs you think are gonna play? we also the incoming fresh

Incoming Freshman, that Carter wont play, Antione apparently returning from ACL injury just like Richard.
Yeah Brantley is healthy, and a great pickup. Doesn't mean it's bad to have more depth with the probably outcome that he ends up missing time at some point. I don't think anyone should just assume Damari is absolutely returning after he already tried leaving once. Anyways between Damari and Lucas one could move to Safety....

If Karnley isn't being told/sold on immediately PT, I don't see the problem. I think people acting like a DB with his measurables AND some outside analysts rating him decently highly has no shot is kinda wild lol.

Lucas sign yet? I don’t think you should be including him into anything right now.

This kid will get plenty of opportunities this Spring, like the poster mentioned.
Richard won’t be healthy, Brantley may be on pitch count, Jaboree probably will miss spring too and obviously Wallace will.

That leaves

OJ
Brown
Hill
Mack
Fitzgerald?
Ewald

He will play and play plenty. I do expect a CB to leave after Spring though, just a hunch.

Richard coming off a torn acl he won’t be playing in 2025 or even considered with taking snaps hills sucks. Lucas isn’t even in the portal yet.

No
Clue about this Arizona kid but the room is wide open. What has brown proven? Brantley is also coming off injury.

torn acls arent a year long recovery anymore. theres a real shot hes back by august.

Brown has been better than this kid and hes gonna be healthy. OJ is back, we have some of the frosh coming in, and brantley should be healthy by then. theres also nothing about his injury online that says hes not gonna be healthy come march. he got hurt vs indiana and was ruled out for the year (which could mean he was already portaling (same way we didnt see AJ at the end)).

He wasn’t good when 100% healthy but you expect coming for an acl he will be worth getting snaps?

Miami needs all the help it can get in the secondary.

How can you say brown has been better brown has played like 5 games in his career.

I'm gonna keep beating this drum. If we go to the B1G, this is the **** we're going to deal with on a regular basis. We just don't fit in there. Perception is king and we're going to be under a microscope.
That will happen if we are in the SEC too probably. And if we stay in the ACC our program will die a slow and painful death.

we didn't miss the playoffs this year because of some forces working against us. We **** down our own leg. For a long time, Clemson was really the only team repping from the ACC on the national scale. I don't see why we can't be that or compete with them for that.

Louisville tried fear mongering Tyler Barron with possible legal consequences last year (allegedly). That was the hold up with his commitment. College football has always been big business, but it feels more cutthroat than ever now.

I won't be surprised if Bryce winds up on offense.
