Again, this goes beyond the NIL itself (in the eyes of Wisconsin).

And this will never go to court. This is saber-rattling to scare certain people into inaction.

Fear. That is what Wisconsin is pushing.

Tulane was such ******** because Guidry left after just getting there. Then they gave ole boy a big NIL deal then on top of that UF had already been tampering with their qb . Which had them like “that’s it , I’m putting cases on all your asses “

That second paragraph is the key to everything.

I understand Wisconsin's pain, I understand Wisconsin's desire for vengeance. But "not submitting a Portal application" is the wrong way to process an institution's feels.

Wild how 2,000 kids transfer in the country and 15+ have left Wisconsin but the 1 kid from south Florida that wants to leave and is known to want to return to Miami has a problem.

I'm gonna keep beating this drum. If we go to the B1G, this is the **** we're going to deal with on a regular basis. We just don't fit in there. Perception is king and we're going to be under a microscope.
