Wisconsin accuses Miami of tampering

lol at them just coming out and saying they had him sign a pay for play contract that's against ncaa bylaws.. and then saying it's enforceable. Then admitted to breaking bylaws by not putting him in the portal as he requested? Crying about the law while admitting to breaking rules is pretty ******* laughable. We could go on about how stupid that statement is all day.. and, it reeks of tears. How about just let the kid change his mind about playing there and either match the offer or **** right off.

The old we have proof but will not provide any. We will just make a statement that we do and since its on the internet it must be true. However, we will ignore that they let 20 other players leave and "stole" Miami's starting DB.

Miami/ACC should make the same statement about Hill and Wisconsin

Not even on ESPNā€™s front page, itā€™s nothing.

In other news Steve Sarkisian just signed a new 7 year contract with Texas.

Uh I'd argue them blatantely admitting they didn't follow NCAA Bylaws by not entering him into the portal when there is NO LEGAL BASIS for currently having a rev-share contract is far worse than their accusation of us tampering...Oh and admitting you signed him to a pay for play deal when that is also currently against the rules as well.... lol but what do I know....
The gaslighting here is amazing. Instead of the story being about Wisconsin refusing to enter a player into the portal, itā€™s turned into the big bad Miami Hurricanes tampered and stole a kid who wanted to go home

So they just set themselves up to take two more losses.

1. They're going to pursue enforcing the "contract" with Xavier and get nothing.
2. They're going to try and "prove" tampering and also get nothing.

Hope the results of both "cases" go public.

When is our big ten invite coming ?
I feel like the ultimate decisions come down to the tv networks, and if we keep pulling in viewership numbers weā€™ll have a spot in the P2, but I donā€™t love the conference that weā€™re hoping to join publicly calling us out like this

Important information below. Wisconsin is in a fight to keep the secrecy of their NIL agreements intact.

Iā€™d additionally love to know what ā€œcredible information,ā€ they have on us tampering with Lucas. I cannot imagine how they would have legally retrieved any evidence that was more than gossip.

Even if they did have proof, and the NCAA wasn't too afraid of it's own shadow to do something about it, what in their recent history says a court won't find those rules to be an anti-trust violation as well?

So university illegally pays a student a bag, then gets upset that he wants to transfer which is his legal right. They are calling the cops or NCAA about an illegal payment they made to student lol. You can't make this stuff up
he did not take any money according to his representation
