Who would you hire for HC?

Way more than decent, he's doing a very good job at Cal in his 2nd year.

People don't know about Wilcox, but he's a young upcoming Defensive minded coach that came up under Chris Petersen at Boise St early in his career.

He always has a **** good secondary with his Defenses.
Hey liberty can you keep me up on ufc 243

Yeah I caught a Cal game earlier this season and was impressed with his coaching and energy. Could be a option 2-3 years from now if he doesn't get poached by another program.

I'd be fine with Norvell or Babers. I'd love to take a long look at Matt Campbell as well. But honestly, we need a quick fix. A big name that will bring a big staff. Our ***** *** administration won't do it, but you have to go for a proven coach at this point in time. No more cheap hires. Only legit coaches. Try and steal someone

Norvell, bc he would run the offense that is supposed to he run at a place like MIAMI. We’d average 40 points/game and win 10 games/year.

Honestly have no idea. I'm done playing the HC wishlist game. Diaz was a successful DC here and said the right things in terms of being a coach who can adapt to modern football. He even went for 2 down 14 which shows he's aware of current analytics.

But his staff is horrible and we keep getting outcoached in all the key areas. So I don't know what matters besides getting a coach who's experienced and can put together a good staff. Easier said than done.

Best we can hope for right now is Diaz cleaning house besides Rumph, taking over DC duties and hiring a leader as OC who can put together a staff and doesn't make nonsense playcalls.
