Who would you hire for HC?

When they were talking about him on one of the telecasts they discussed how he said he wanted to be a HC but wasn’t in a hurry because he wanted the right situation to win early. Apparently he admits he’s too competitive to endure “rebuilding” I thought that screamed Miami. Give me a guy that absolutely despised losing. He’s got the talent to dominate defensively here. Once again, it’s not rocket science get you a good OC who’s not stubborn and uses what he has to win.

i think the issue with BV is that his son is at clemson and he wants to stay there with his son. also, we have very obvious holes in the D too starting wiht the secondary and LBs.

You don’t think we have enough for him to work with though? Sure, it’s not Clemsons roster but man, there is still some talent.

i think we overrate our talent. i think we have enough talent to produce a better D than we have now (and maybe wiht manny calling the d, it changes). i dont think we have enough talent where it matters on the offense along with a poor OC. the other big issue with the O is that the spots where we lack talent and development is where it matters the most -- OL

I think we bring in talented kids and then they come here and plateau. BV is known as a developer and mastermind calling the D. I think he’s have these boys looking dominant with this schedule. And if he brought in a decent OC I think he’s do enough to win 10 regularly before finally competing for rings.

I know it’s a pipe dream, but I dream of Leach at $4.25mm and a solid Dcoord at $1.25mm and what they could do at Miami.
