What else do we need?

Although I want a every down pass rusher at end I'd be ok with just someone who can come in on passing situations and get to the quarterback ala Trent Harris

He very well could be and I sure hope he is because everyone said he’s on another level and could be just as good as Smith and that kid on Alabama’s team. The only thing Jojo had to work on was getting his body bigger and strong stronger to deal with the college game. This spring he’ll have had a year and a half to do that. We’ll see if he took that goal seriously.
If cam would have targeted him more In the bowl game he would had 200 yards he was wide open . Cam chose to try the home run ball

Very interesting seeing so many saying we need a WR...

You would figure with a QB as good as the one we just got, he could elevate one of the young guys like JoJo, Carr, Chance or one of the incoming Frosh.

I mean, it's not like we haven't seen TF WR's have great seasons.
Not mutually exclusive, obviously.

If I hated when people disagree with me I wouldn't be so disagreeable.

I could easily be an idiot & just say things that I know you guys wanna hear.

But what fun is that?

I'm just not as naive as a lot of you are & it creates a lot conflicting conversations because people who don't use their brains tend to be resentful towards people who do.
Anyone that shares their honest opinion/analysis often should expect a broad array of disagreement from different sampling of posters. If everyone agreed with 95% of what you say but that 5% disagreement is different among different posters/responses it wouldn’t be unexpected to almost always have someone disagree with any given post/opinion. Especially because more people that disagree with something will respond while vast majority of agreement will just like/react and don’t respond.

However I’d HEAVILY disagree (lol) that your posts are “so disagreeable”. You probably have some of the most “agreeable” posts/analysis of any user on here. Definitely when considered in terms of % of support/disagreement per post/opinion/analysis… I’d honestly bet money you are the clear most heavily agreed with user on this site….

You'd be wrong.

@RVACane
Is there a way to see a percentage of positive reactions to negative reactions per poster?

This whole thread made me wonder who the most supported and disagreed with are. A top 10 on each end would be kind of interesting (with min amount cutoffs of course)

Would be great to see JJ pull a reverse LeBron… doubt it happens but o do think we get a huge wr boost relative to what we have.
LBJ came to Miami, won titles then went home to do it for his people. JJ got his title, come home and do it here now. Ewald, ZP and JoJo gotta be blowing buddy up.

With what we're spending on Beck and with the OL and RBs we have, we need to spend whatever it takes to get a true plug in WR1 in the spring.

I guess there's a chance JJ plays all spring with Sayin and decides he doesn't like what he sees and would rather gamble his future at home with Beck/Nickel than 2 years with Sayin.

But regardless of JJ, we need a plan for WR1.

I distinctly remember you warning people last year that the talent in the secondary was much worse than people thought and it could cause problems unless there was a talent infusion. Going into the season and even a few games in, IDK people realized the magnitude of the talent issue.

Well, a huge reason we weren't in the CFB playoffs despite an elite offense was the glaring lack of secondary talent.

So I for one appreciate the probing questions.

Lol this is the only way it could actually happen. Convince the kid that he's done just about anything he can do. What's he gonna wait around OSU for, to beat Michigan? He's done just about anything he could do there.

But imagine if he came down here and won the big one for Miami after nearly 25 years of irrelevance...

He won't come but still it's nice to dream.
