A & M took his commitment more for publicity they were never going to let him sign a LOI

What purpose does that serve?

Makes no sense unless you like fake offering kids full scholarships. SEC Punked is filming I guess.

The idea that an SEC school like Auburn is holding off because of grades is comical, especially if Miami and UNC offered. He could say it himself, just real dumb of the SEC bc of a test score and he isnt even a senior.

Griffin was not allowed to sign LOI for A & M and Auburn. There are a ton of stories about A & M letting him go because he didnt have the grades and test scores. It has been talked about at ad nauseum.

I dont believe they let him commit for publicity at Tampon like you said. Read the article, seems they wanted him at Auburn too. Coach even wanted more kids. Maybe he realized he would have to go to school in Alabama.
