Agreed, but honestly the coaches poll should stop being a thing. The coaches don’t watch the games unless they are preparing for one of the opponents and they don’t even vote. Typically, some GA is the one filling out the poll and typically just looks at the score or whatever narrative they followed on ESPN/Twitter etc. on the way into the office early Sunday/late Saturday.
Half the writers don’t either…..30 years ago I was filling out top 25 vote for a prominent sports writer in LA while completing college internship😂😂

Texas A&M offense is legit , im not counting them out of it. And who knows what Bama gonna eventually be.
Agree on aTm, I could easily see them winning the west. They're top 5 in the country in the talent composite and have the best QB in the conference.

Why I want Colorado and all the hype it will bring, and then we destroy them in front of all the celebs and recruits.
People hate Deion but should be rooting for him. 1) Colorado being good while in the Big 12 brings parity which is good for various reasons 2) People complained so much about the good ol boys club of UGA and Bama running CFB for years, well now the tides are turning 3) Aint this the same energy we loved about UM back in the day?

UM beating Colorado doesn't do us any favors

By simply beating temple we can move up several spots again.

Teams in front of us that have a good chance of losing, or play each other:

- 6 Ohio state plays 9 Notre dame
- 7 Penn state plays 24 Iowa
- 10 Oregon plays 19 Colorado
- 11 Utah plays 22 UCLA
- 13 Alabama plays 15 Ole Miss
- 14 Oregon State plays 21 Washington state

Just like last week with Kansas State and Tennessee losing, we just need to not get upset, and not sustain injuries and it continues to take care of itself as it always does. Do our jobs this week and we are up to 16 or 17. Don't lose on the bye week and we are up to 14 or 15.

If Iowa wins there's a slight chance they'll jump us and penn state drops but stays ahead of us

if UCLA or Wazzu win they could also jump us (but the loser would probably drop below us)

we'll jump colorado and the loser of the bama/ole miss game, and maybe notre dame if they lose

could move as many as 3 spots up today

but chance of just 1 or 2 spots if they move #19 oregon state (beat #10 utah) or #20 ole miss (beat #13 LSU) above us - both have 1 loss already but who knows

#10 lost to #19
#13 lost to #20
#17 lost to #11
#22 lost to unranked
#24 lost to #3

gators will be unranked - so it's a good day
