*Update Eddie Nunez Emerges as Strong Candidate for Miami AD Job

Also hiring Nunez for his supposed expertise with Miami’s culture is flawed because he has no connection or previous experience with UM… growing up in Miami and attending Miami-Dade Community College doesn’t make him an expert on UM’s culture.
WTF is Miami’s culture anyways? Lmao. It’s a culture of mediocrity for the past two decades is what it is. Bring me a fuqqin winner, point blank, who has successful power 5 experience being an AD.

This Miami culture bull**** doesn’t make sense and no one fuqqin cares about it.

I still wish they'd interview Mack Rhoades, dude has done great with his hires and Is a helluva fundraiser -- even if we had to pay him well, from his past stops it seems like he'd raise a boatload of money.

Can't wait for the U to be top in the ACC women's cross country! /sarcasm

Anyone's resume can be spruced up to sound good. Same thing as cherry picking stats. The AD hire being him is....underwhelming. I'm not a #JurichOrBust person, but that is the type of hire they needed to make and they went with the "he's a miami guy" hire instead. (Still applies if it is indeed Toretta)

He also spent 14 years working up through LSU's athletic department and was deputy ad there before UNM.

I'd prefer him no questions asked to most names thrown out there other than Jurich.

By the way, the reason New Mexico got worse the last few years is they had to cut several sports and men’s sports budget due to a Title IX violation before he got there.
