I wasn't big on Nunez until I thought Gino was going to be our AD, now I'm more then fine with Eddie . At least he has legitimate experience, New Mexico football is a **** show but I'm not sure what an AD can really do in that situation. He can over see the fundraising Basketball and Baseball and Zo can run the football team. I could get behind that

It was pretty widely known but basically was completely exposed when Lebatard tried to engage him on Latin culture during an interview and it went over like a brick. Manny's mom is a gringa from Ohio. This is all pretty irrelevant but I always just found it at least a little surprising that a prominent Miami politician of Cuban lineage would have a kid that isn't at least comfortable conversing in Spanish.
