UF Injuries Thread

I am looking forward to no game more than being on that field when UM faces those swamp scum.

I only wish it was a later kick off time because for once Joe Robbie is gonna be rockin.

Losing Debose is a big blow for them. They were pretty bad at WR already.

don't matter if we beat them at full strength or not just as long as we get a win....nobody is going to remember who played and who didn't in a few yrs

Good luck in his recovery. That's all he gets from me.

The Sanford Trio has to go down as one of the biggest recruiting disappointments that I can remember. Ray Ray had the potential to be a great OLB but was wasted at S and couldn't hold it together off the field. Dubose and Dye have been non-factors and injured. Oh well. Back to the recruiting board where I can stress out about the next group of kids that may or may not have an impact in college

Debose is their fastest / best receiver.

now all we need is for their top o-lineman to get in a car crash and we are set

Fvck him. Rumors were that he was a rat to the ncaa about us, and he's a filthy ufagger on top of it, who rejected an offer to come to UM. The only bad news in this report is that he only tore one acl.

As for Isidora, has Paranos issued his official paranosis on the injury? Early word from Paranos was that Isidora may have developed early onset osteoporosis.

I WANT THEM AT FULL STRENGTH!! LOL! Anyway, how cursed is that Sanford class huh? Ray-Ray, Dye, and Dubose. All 3 were monsters in HS beating that MNW team and all 3 busted in college. I mean embarrassing type busts. UF sounds like they could be cursed this year. Carry on..

Update for those that care from the UF beat guy doing a chat on ESPN....

Question:
Are Jeff Driskel and Matt Jones going to be fine before the season starts? If not, we could be in real trouble at the quarterback position.

Michael DiRocco (4:20 PM)

Joe -- I think Driskel will be fine, and may actually get on the practice field by the weekend. Jones is another matter. It depends on how long the affects from the virus linger. He's lost 8-10 pounds and his conditioning was affected. He could be dealing with that into the season.

Unless it's Easley or Purifoy it doesn't effect me either way. It's not their offense I'm worried about. Not that I'm rooting for any of those guys to get injured. Just those two are the ones that would be a big deal for them to lose.

The Debose injury could have a residual effect on Purifoy. Weren't there rumblings that he will play some WR this season due to their lack of playmakers/depth at the position? If so, a season ending injury to one of their top WRs seems likely to increase his offensive load.

stars r lining up man we better not lose this game

Na don't want to here that from you.. You said we would lose this game regardless. They will be at full strength Matt Jones will be back soon and playing in the Toledo game and Driskell should be cleared next week. Andre Dubose doesn't even start.. He is a decent KR tho.. UF will be ready but it's the second game of the year and there defense with 7 starters gone from last year won't be ready for our offense.. We win 24 to 17..

He was their best returner so we have that going for us.
