Agreed. Though it will be tough, he's the type of elite talent that can start on day one, even if Jackson stayed.

Jackson has to declare prior to signing day, or even prior to Campbell OV for that matter. I think we are in very good shape for Campbell, and therefore it will be a bigger impact on Surtain's decision if Jackson was to leave early.
