It’s got its moments. I’m partial to military comedies. Don’t really care for more “realistic” military movies with all the gore as I’d rather chuckle at the funny parts of being in the military instead of spending my evening depressed. That said, my submarine seamen friends tell me that real life on submarine is a mix of Down Periscope and Crimson Tide, so it’s not too far from reality.

The one superpower I've been waiting on with Cam is his ability to pick up and exploit a blitz. I really want to see that this game. Given his field awareness, he should absolutely roast Manny's over-aggression. And if Manny goes more conservative (doubtful), we will just overpower them in the run game.

Yeah I am with you. We could score 60 if Cam has Mannys number. We have all seen the boom or bust potential his teams can have
I just have a weird feeling the first half will be close because we will see some looks we haven’t seen before
But to your point if there’s anyone I would want in that situation its Cam Ward and these receivers they might go through this defense like butter

I hear you man! Some movies and books trigger things. But when it's a comedy, it's less likely. However, I do have a hard time when the movies go over board on comedy as well, lol. Some I like, some I don't...

We’ve got a nooner this week so you know what that means:

So here we are. 8-0 fresh off a complete domination of the tragic FSU Seminoles. My god it feels good.
So far our March to the Playoffs has been riddled with demons that have been exorcised:

2. The refs
3. The comeback

I’ve been reading entirely too much positive energy about this guy this week. Soft *** slumpy shouldered low testosterone posters talking about “oh I think he deserved a participation trophy!” “He tried!”
**** that. This is the guy that was cucked by Butch Davis on national TV in literally the most tragic loss I’ve ever seen (yes worse than MTSU worse than Virginia etc)

Cam: Last week might have been my favorite game Cam has played this year. Why? Because of what he said. His speech at halftime about not being happy. His press conference after the game where he said “no one is satisfied with our performance”. THAT is what has been missing here for years. Beating FSU by 22 thoroughly outclassing them was simply not good enough
Arroyo: he’s been quiet lately but he’s still one of the most dangerous TEs in the country. Manny Diaz spreads his defense faster for a TE than Jenna Jameson for a paycheck. His defenses can be exploited on a level not seen since Diddy and teenage R&B prodigies
Martinez: we’ve been waiting for that. Reading our dumbass fans talking about how he lacks vision had to be some of the most absurd **** this board has ever conjured up. Buddy has been trucking people like Nice, France back in 2016. Manny gets a train run on him that would make Annabel Chong jealous
Lofton: Slowly he’s been getting more and more involved and I expect a little gadget dialed up for him this week. Manny will stunt and twist and blitz his way right into an easy score for Elijah
Verdict: I’ve seen people say this game will be like FSU. I disagree. For as much as I don’t like Manny, he’s not a ***** like Norvell. He feels he was unfairly fired and has always been Uber aggressive. I think they come out firing but our talent will overwhelm them eventually

People keep talking about this being Manny’s revenge game, but I think this is Mario’s revenge game. You listen to his pressers and it’s clear he’s ******* ****ed about what Manny did to this program. He’s done everything but call Manny a ******* loser that ran this program into levels of talent deficiency we haven’t seen since the Pell Grant scandal.

Agreed. If there’s one thing I can say about Manny is that he doesn’t coach like a *****. He will go down in flames being hyper aggressive. That bull**** that Norvell pulled last week, trying to shorten the game and keep the score respectable isn’t happening tomorrow. Now, that could turn into a huge blowout if we don’t turn the ball over and Malik Murphy plays like he pretty much has all year. Or it could make for an interesting game if we shoot ourselves in the foot too often. I’m fairly confident on the cover but is it an easy, we’re up 20 at halftime cover? Or is it a “we need to score in the fourth quarter to put this one on ice” type of cover? They can’t match up with us physically like FSU could on defense so I’m guessing we pour it on and this one gets ugly. Their offense doesn’t scare me in the slightest

I think we thoroughly outplay them and be right around covering the spread. If we learn to use the TEs and defense isn’t fooled for 2-3 easy 50s then maybe more 41-17 ish
