Let's see if he's still singing the same tune after his bammer visit. If so, then maybe I'll entertain the thought of us as a legit threat.

Invalid shows up at the sight of good news and does his best to neutralize it? What a surprise.

Crawl back to your hole.

Valid, let me ask you something. Are there any posts in the forseeable future form you that will have a potentially positive vibe? Any at all? I'm just wondering man.

I really do have a hard time believing we can't land Campbell. Rumph believed in him, got him into Heritage, switched him to CB, coached him to be the player he is now, and his pops loves Rumph. You're telling me, that loyalty means nothing? Take your talents and run?

If he doesn't end up a Cane that is some **** running both ways. It's an indictment on Rumph for not capitalizing on what he did for Ty. Also, it's kind of messed up by Tyson to take his success that Rumph helped coach up and run up to Georgia. No loyalty. Ty has handled himself well thus far, but if he does go to Georgia that is messed up. He doesn't owe Miami anything, but looks like he does Coach Rumph. Maybe I don't know the whole story?

The only reaction I've seen from Ty about a ball game was when we lost in the Orange bowl. That kid was rooting for The U and he was upset we lost. Don't think this is over yet.

I'm absolutely not gonna say anything bad about Tyson directly because I have tooooo much respect for @Rattler Cane 305. But this here is a valid point. Kids like Tyson are going to succeed whether they got to Miami, Bama, or Toldeo. Its that simple. He is a bona fide first rounder. To me, the three contenders can all say they will be contenders during his 3 years there, and Id say Miami has a better shot than UGA considering all that they lose this season. That being said, whats the sell? How can Tyson, as a seemingly mature, and smart, respectful young man (all based on how he has seemingly handled the process) say no, not to Miami, but to family in Rumph? How can a relationship formed over one year with UGA and Bama staffs hold more weight than his relationship with Rumph, who we are finding out hasn't just known him, but has taken him along to all his stops from optimist to AH, to the CB position? That to me sounds like a mentor, and we have all had mentors we idolize. Why now is that not enough? We can offer the one and only thing no one else can and that is to win in front of your city and family. Miami Bama and UGA will all win over the next 3 years in some capacity, and regardless of his choice he is going to excel at his craft and his position (Bama and UGA aren't the only schools that can get you to the league, and UGA hasn't really put many STAR DBs in the league recently), so why is Rumph and Miami not enough? What happened? To me there is something else happening. I don't even know that Rumph isn't busting his *** knowing he NEEDS to land TC. I think he knows he must. On the flip side, where is that loyalty? Why has it been this hard for Ty to realize this dude raised me in this game, and showed me the ropes, and I'm gonna ride with him till the end? That's really bugging me. Again, not trying to say anything negative but man where is the loyalty?

Accidental downvote

I get the feeling that in his free time he hangs around hospitals waiting for people to get bad news

Not to be the wet blanket on Coach Macho's news, but didn't his guy tell him we were going to get Marco Wilson last year?

The best news for Um fans out of AH is that Chad Wilson stepped down after the championship game.

Love to really understand why this guy dumps on his alma mater. 20 years later the athletic department paid for him to finish and get his degree in business. Is it a Shannon connection? Just curious.

I think he wanted quincy to go here. He trains a lot of the kids, and quincy was obviously better than about 3 of the guys offered ( ryan mayes got an offer over quincy Wilson) in a camp that I believe quincy got the best db award or something. They didn't offer or recruit. Chad's a guy that's on the boards and social media and stuff and I think our fans got too him..and trolled him something serious. Its went left ever since then. At this point I think he is a full gator because of his two boys going there.

What are you hearing my good man? I know you’re close to Chatfield as well...

Don’t want Bethel. There has to be some other player out there better than him that we can add to this class.

There is.

But they're all telling Rumph to eat shlt.

U do realize this is Miami and not FIU right? Recruits saw energy in this program and saw how good our corners have been under Rumph.

What in the **** do u think a db coach could say to run off a recruit that wants to go to UM but commits somewhere else instead?? U think Rumph is telling these kids fck them to their faces? He's not passing the blunt properly in rotation? Why is it Rumphs fault when the other dbs committed don't seem to have an issue with him?

And unlike with Paul Williams weird *** I have yet to hear about players not liking Rumph, have you?

The only explanation is the at home feel the ride from Atlanta to Athens gives a South Florida athlete as they see the reminders of the negative underbelly of our history.

This will go down as one of the dumbest decisions of the Golden era. Marco Wilson is legit.

dont get me wrong, i love the PS2 news, but i fear it may have overshadowed the genius artistry behind the "Spermy Fart" moniker

hope you guys are taking notes from the legend.

When I hear news of official visits confirmed for TC (and PS2) then I will allow myself some reason for optimism. Otherwise, I remain neutral. If it’s confirmed there are no OV’s then I will write them off. That’s how I see it.

Right now I’m neutral. Still don’t know anything.

Nothing excuses that ****’s behavior. Go ahead and trash Folden like every other UM fan. But don’t turn on your momma because of some dopey decisions that a transient journeyman football coach made. Folden isn’t UM.

Never understood why posters here and on social media got mad at the kid for being mad that he did not get an offer. More than half the posters here have a breakdown if a kid does not go to Miami but wanted the kid to be okay with being rejected.

You guys are too smart to continue engaging the skid mark on the underwear of CIS. The guy couldn’t get any attention as a normal poster, so he went obvious schtick.
