Anyone know who calls plays for UTSA? I see run game coordinator and pass game coordinator, but they’ve averaged north of 36 ppg in back-to-back years.

11th in plays per game in 2022, 30th in 2021. Very balanced pass and run splits as well.

I don’t think Traylor calls plays but I could be wrong.

CMC old OC got fired from UNLV earlier today, I would put him in the drivers seat and he coaches QBs.

Had that exact thought today. Would be a Bama-esque hire. Of course a long-shot but I actually think we should at least gauge interest. The type of offense he'd at least try to run would at least theoretically be conducive to the type of kids we recruit.
He’s going to be the OC in Philly next year if I was betting.

Haven't really looked through the thread but what do people think of David Yost? He's fielded good offenses in the past and is right up the road and known to be good with qbs which is what we need

And his salary requirements wouldn't be astronomical, which could offset the buyouts UM will have to pat some of these super star coaches on Miami's staff that are about to get the boot.
