Agreed, and we should make fun of them for that. But the people saying "They suck" Or "they aren't the best conf" just sound like AAC fans and their power 6 BS. With " the AAC is just as good as the other p5 confs". It just isn't true and anyone who isn't delusional would agree.
They just beat Bama and hired a big time HC. They also have been killing it in recruiting. They didn't do that in the Big 12.

Actually, what you can infer from that. Is that the SEC is a very strong conference. I don't like AM either. I can't stand the SEC. Its my least favorite conferance since they steal our recruits and hold the ACC down. However, I am not going to act like an AAC fan and try to pretend like our conference is better than it really is.
People were saying the same thing about Kirby and Georgia. Now they've got a roster that's going to win 11 games a year. Jimbo has the money and the pedigree to recruit with the big boys and when you recruit at such a high level you'll inevitably turn the corner.
People don't think with their brains here. They get emotional like chicks. These are the same guys who said "Mario is a corch and can never win the big game" and would make posts about "corch Wario" everytime he corched it up. Now they are all slurping him up.
I haven't read the thread to be completely honest. But I had similar argument a couple years back with a bunch of posters saying Kirby was a Corch and would never win. I was shocked that people thought stacking 5 star recruit after 5 star recruit and finishing with top 3 ranked classes wouldn't eventually lead to wins.
Thats because at that time. We had all the porsters saying "3 stars from Miami are better than 5 stars anywhere else". They said that because we kept getting beat for recruits. And they hated Kirby because they wanted to "prove" that Richt was the better hire than Kirby was.
The only one getting emotional is you. The rest of us are using results.
I am not getting emotional at all. You are the one that are talking schit about them like a jealous ex girlfriend. Auburn playing Bama close is not an outlier. You can't seem to wrap your head around the fact, that the reason they have so many losses is because they play in the toughest conference.
3-4 loss teams are good teams. They’re not elite, but very few teams are, so I’m not sure that makes your point much better.
