Texas DL Coach Loses His ****!!!

Oh by the way, these are Herman’s players that have the ****** attitudes and the audacity to leak **** like this. They all have the same loser attitude that Herman does. They don’t care.

And some of you on here clamoring for Herman…
Add on the fact that people don’t like working for and with him.

Maybe he should have screamed before the game.... during the off season.
Too late now. It is all a culture of selfishness

Who’s the ***** ***** taping it?

No clue, but if you did that **** and shared it years back, you wouldn't have to think about transferring. You would literally run from your school because you'd be getting your *** kicked daily until you left.

He's dead *** right about kids these days. They don't win, no big deal to them. They forget about it five minutes after the fact. That's on coaches though, we need more like him.

I also hate, absolutely hate, how players don't keep their teams problems in house. If they told someone outside the team, that person didn't run and tell the world. Keep your **** in house. IMO, it makes the team bond stronger.

This isn't coaching. He's mad, yelling and punching like a kid.
I get football is violent, emotions runs high and sometimes people will lose their cool, it happens. What I don't get is why people are applauding him like he did something amazing, not a single Texas player is better player after this.

The frustration of fighting apathy on full display. I agree with the comment about seeing the players rolling their eyes in the dark. 😔

This is nothing.

I’ve been yelled at worse than this, and for longer.

I remember first it would scare me, then it would make me so mad I wanted to kill the coach, and then after a while it just went in one ear and out the other.

The important thing is the sending the message that losing is not to be taken lightly. That’s how he communicates, other coaches communicate differently. It’s all the same to me. If something like this upset you so much that you have to tell the whole world about it, you just might be lost.

In the end what’s important is the message not how it’s delivered, and whether the players buy in or not.

****….I like this guy’s style.

Happened on EVERY bus ride after a game we lost and guys get on the bus laughing n kee keeing when i played.

**** a year ago 1 of the div 1 kids i coached in high school..just stood up an punched out the bus glass..b4 we could even leave the parking lot because the other kids aint care as much and were ont he bus like we won

I just had to go here recently.
This new generation will test the fvck out of your patience fellas, trust me. They're unbelievable.

This sounds like one of my episodes almost verbatim. Just sub "transfer to Ely" for "transfer portal" and it sounds exactly like a Macho meltdown.
Why wouldn't you do this at practice, instead of the bus ride home?

As for the video, putting myself in the players shoes as a former Dade County & D2 football player, I wouldn't have recorded it, but in my head I'd be thinking "man get the **** outta here with this clown *** screaming ****."

Yelling at people works until you do it all the time like Ed Orgeron or Greg Schiano, then people tune you out. You have to be quiet with a big stick.
Add Mario Cristobal to that list after Orgeron and Schiano as well.

Agree with you.

So many posters on here applaud the coach. Then, they call the player who recorded the rant some kind of ***** or snitch. Well, if everything the coach said was so great, why be upset that someone recorded it? If your proud of the rant, let it be public. Don’t defend the coach and criticize it’s public release!

Have another shot of soy milk, Brandon, and Google logical fallacies.
