Texas DL Coach Loses His ****!!!

Mark D’Onofrio would go off like that all the time. If your players don’t respect your coaching abilities, all the yelling in the world won’t get you anywhere
Yelling all the time means insecurity which I’m sure Bo doesn’t have. Bo is one of the best recruiters in football and has titles. He doesn’t have to yell but if you’re a leader and you feel that a point needs to be made then you’re going to yell and maybe do something drastic. I remember when I was in the automotive industry before I got hired by my department and we had a sales meeting at the end of the year to discuss our numbers and Mark Jackson( big dog in Autonation) was there and read out that we lead all the Mercedes dealers in sales but we were dead last in CSI. Guy chucked the computer and told us that he didn’t give a **** about how many cars we sold and that he would replace us all in a heartbeat with people who value customers from management down. Everybody in that room was wide eyed and was like “wtf”.

This isn't coaching. He's mad, yelling and punching like a kid.
I get football is violent, emotions runs high and sometimes people will lose their cool, it happens. What I don't get is why people are applauding him like he did something amazing, not a single Texas player is better player after this.

The yelling and cursing ain’t nothing but the coach is giving an open invitation to leave. That means the second one of his recruits he bring in shows some promises. The kids on that bus is riding the pine til they get a cap and gown.

Whichever player recorded it should be kicked off the team for being the PUZZIE that he is. Worthless, useless and cancerous to the team.

Good for the coach ripping a new one for a pathetic performance.

UM should incorporate this but you have a bunch of Liberals running the team and school...participation trophies is all good....

So Antonio Brown is soft because he's from this generation and loves to record everything and post it on social media.

You guys are old just come to terms with it and accept this is a new way of doing things.
Full disclosure I'm old as well, but I came to terms with it.

Coming to terms with it and realizing "it" are leading to incredibly narcissistic and corrosive outcomes can exist simultaneously.

This behavior doesn't end well for society.

Behavior and its acceptance by society is always changing.
True, but by and large it has sandpapered the edges here and there.

This new generation os on a one-way ticket to the Capitol (of Panem fame) leading frosting covered lives filled with empty calories.

I bet they weren’t laughing.

Wish somebody would check these new gen punks when they come off the field after phucking up. There are no ramifications for phucking up or punk style play so they keep doing it. Saban would be waiting for them 10 yards on the field. Manny just looks out onto the field like nothing happened.

My high school head football coach did this exact same **** on the bus ride home after we got blown out by our division rival. Kids were jokin around and ****.

I don’t see any issue with it.
My high school football coach didn't let us drink water. Haha. We had to suck on ice cubes. We survived.
