Texas DL Coach Loses His ****!!!

Nope. My parents just made sure they didn’t raise a ***** that wants to be handed everything hence why I’m 26 and retired. Only thing I focus on nowadays is firefighting and growing my wealth and I don’t consider either a job.
****, what did you do, rob a bank?!

Lmao butthurt much? Who said that made me “tough”? My work ethic and willingness to overcome obstacles and figure out solutions makes me “tough” my no quit attitude makes me “tough”. I have all those things because of my parents and coaches like him.

Lol internet holds whatever people want to write in it.
You are all those things cause you say you are on an internet forum with strangers.
Seems to me you are overcompensating.
I stick with my original point, times change and people either change with them or are left screaming at air like this coach.

Oh by the way, these are Herman’s players that have the ****** attitudes and the audacity to leak **** like this. They all have the same loser attitude that Herman does. They don’t care.

And some of you on here clamoring for Herman…
Idk why y'all call Herman a loser or a soft ***** or whatever, he's won consistently everywhere he's coached

No. My parents taught me how to run a business. I worked around my neighborhood when I didn’t have baseball and football until I could buy a couple of vending machines then I worked while having those vending machines and kept finding ways to create income. I own 3 e commerce companies, I used to be very active in crypto until I moved my assets into real estate, and I partly own a company that ships for amazon. Just hard work and knowing the value of the dollar.

As for the video, putting myself in the players shoes as a former Dade County & D2 football player, I wouldn't have recorded it, but in my head I'd be thinking "man get the **** outta here with this clown *** screaming ****."

Yelling at people works until you do it all the time like Ed Orgeron or Greg Schiano, then people tune you out. You have to be quiet with a big stick.

I agree with that last comment. I mean if he’s yelling all the time then it is what it is. But if I’m on this team and we got dudes laughing on the bus I’m 100000% supporting coach. I’ve been on teams where we went 9-1 and not a dam soul talked after that L and I’ve also been on teams that were atrocious and people laughing on the bus after an L.

It means more to those winning teams. It’s the culture. I’m a firm believer that how you do anything is how you do everything. If you’re laughing after an L you think these kids taking anything else serious? Class? Practice? Lifting?

I bet you the one recording probably was the one laughing.

Man **** all that yelling. Win the game corch! But naw, love his passion though. Only works if the players respect him though.
