Talk lately has me a little nervous about 2020 football season. Thoughts?

For all the guys who keep saying "shortened season" I ask why. Why do they have to shorten it? They can potentially start it late, but there's no viable reason to shorten it. It's a zillion dollar business that people are obsessed with. Why do they have to finish the season by January?

P.S. Trump wants everything open. I don't know what **** looks like elsewhere, but here in Florida, they're already starting to re-open beaches. All they needed was the wink from Trump. We're going to play college football this year. Not sure when it'll start or if it'll be in empty stadiums, but we're playing.

Yeah they could start late and go a bit longer. Say, November thru March? Just restructure the 2021 off-season camps around the change and start on schedule in 2021.

Personally speaking,

When you have to rely on other countries for your economic survival you have a serious problem and are at the disposal to submit.

When foreign countries are ****ed that’s a good thing, what’s good for the goose.

This Great country of ours has EVERYTHING we need right here no need for any outside enabling we don’t have our hands out for our survival any more.

Why some are against this is a mystery, till there LAID OFF BECAUSE OF CHINA .

And, as dimwitted rednecks typically are, they're too shortsighted to realize that the economy will suffer more if there's a 2nd outbreak that's worse than the first one from ending the restrictions too quickly.

It's crazy how many people have NO savings AT ALL. I realize that a very small amount of people don't make enough money to save any or might be exposed (financially) from starting a business or something like that.....but it seems like SO MANY people can't even afford food after just a few weeks without a paycheck when they should be able to if they saved anything at all. That's crazy to me and it reinforces how dumb a large percentage of our population is.

By the end of May we will start to see zero new cases in about 60-70% of the country. Football will be played in November.

It’s s simple fix for the NCAA. If it gets to that point that this hasn’t passed by summer then you just play just the conference games and start the season mid October or beginning of November and still technically be on schedule involving bowl games and recruiting.
