Anyone else a bit concerned with how much camp Bush has missed? Any timetable for his return?
Relax man...I'm sure you've gone without bush for a lot longer

Is that Ron Cherry's bisch ***?
Meanwhile is Matthew Thomas even going to crack the 2 deep at FSU?
Nice for recruits to see that when Golden tells them they will play as freshmen if they earn the reps, that its not just a recruiting pitch.
I'm sure you think this a good thing but it's not.
Yeah, I do. I like to see recruits realize that Golden means what he says, whereas other coaches just blow smoke and make insincere promises.
I don't think you understand.
Let me guess.
If I think Thomas can't make their 2 deep or start for them, that means their linebackers must be outstanding right?
It also might mean that he is a diva and isn't putting the work in, or that he's not as talented as many people think, or, I think this might be the case, that unless a true freshman completely outperforms veterans, a veteran coach will limit his playing time severely, to allow him to develop.
People forget that coaches, who are generally not stupid football wise, know that no matter how talented the freshman is, he's still just a freshman.
Bear Bryant said something like, as many freshmen you start, you should expect at least that many losses.

So we should have lost about 15 games last year.

Starting, not playing.
Obviously it's not a scientific law but I'm sure you get the gist of the meaning.
anybody got stats from the scrimmage?

I thought my point was obvious, but I must have been nebulous.
I believe that when you recruit a top 5 star, most coaches will tell them they are going to play a lot and maybe start as a freshman, when it usually is a lie.
When verbal commit Mike Smith tweets "dats Artie in front of 9" it seems he's pleasantly surprised to see a true freshman getting reps in the 2 deep, and is subconsciously thinking, "these coaches are for real. They mean it when they tell me if I'm good enough I will play as a freshman."
Maybe I'm trying to psychoanalyze a simple tweet, but I can't help but think that seeing Burns, Coley, Figs, Carter, AQM etc., getting meaningful reps will only reinforce the belief that our coaches are genuine, and that Miami is the place for them.

Why do you care about what someone else on another team is doing?? Live in the now.

STACEY COLEY IS WITH THE FIRST TEAM OFFENSE .. THATS BIG!
Kind of amazing that they're testing him on that stage so early. Really says a whole lot about Coley's willingness to "grind." Sky's the **** limit. WOO!
That's about as emotional I've seen you get in 5 years about this football team, in a positive way I should say. You OK?
I agree though, its crazy. I have been with ESF from the beginning that Coley is the best WR we have landed since Dre so to see this has got me giddy as well.

Or he's just excited to see his ex teammate out there.
