Sunday scrimmage

If you watch the video from yesterday you see him go down awkwardly and then he didn't return. I have no idea if he's out for one week or if his career is over. I also don't know why Harvey was moved to OL, but I think it has more to do with needing some guys to play OL on the scout team.

Paging Corey King.

I feel like King could handle the switch/transition well. He's the strongest kid on the team, no? Hopefully natural ability/being around the game for so long and his strength makes him capable of doing so.

was going to post this in another thread but might as well throw it in here just to pump everyone up a bit. Just made it. How ****ing sick is it that this was Duke's first touch as a Freshman at the University of Miami? This just proves that he bleeds the orange and green of an old school Cane.

Now we wanna be put 6'1" Corey King at Offensive Line too? LOL

Oh lord.

Do you want to see him line up at DT ever again?

As a redshirt sophomore, I wouldn't give up on him by any means. He's a strong kid. He needs to work on his leverage and technique.

Corey King looked alright in the spring game. Not what we want but better than last year.

With this defense, any improvement is welcome. We'd have won 2 more games with just some slight improvement.

CORAL GABLES — The first rehearsal went well for at least two high-profile Miami freshmen. Without looking at stats, coach Al Golden could say Miramar LB Jermaine Grace and Miami CB Artie Burns were a cut above."Jermaine Grace made you take notice of him," Golden said. "So we sat in there and put him on all the special teams last night and gave him a chance."For Burns, "the moment wasn't too big for him," Golden said.

My dude Jermaine Grace. Love what that guy brings to the table. Might be the most natural LB on the team...right now. Let's see how he develops.

Kid was about 175 lbs maybe a year or a year and a half ago. Amazing transformation already and really the only question mark with him.

With Golden at his side, there's really nothing holding him back.

Love what Grace brings. He's going to be a tackling machine for us. He's tough, plays very fast, and is super smart. Love that dude.

Gunter does not need to play safety.

Jenkins and Bush will play a majority of the time anyway.

Highsmith is getting **** because he is on the bad end of some of the "top plays"... 2 minutes of clips from a 30 minutes session. Nobody is crushing Howard when he gets burnt in "top plays".

Agree, Gunter will not play safety. What will be interesting is if AG plays the older experienced guys or Carter. I figure if an injury happens, coach goes with the experience early in the season and maybe youth and ability later if he is ready.

Everyone was losing their minds when that anorexic ****** Matty Beiber decided to be held hostage by fsu. I never blinked an eye because this guy is going to outplay him.

Two different style players but I agree with your assessment.. Just like with Greene/Dorsett, I'll gladly take our guy.

I don't mention that guy any longer, but I'd be a liar if I didn't say I had that dude as one of the best talents I've seen in a while. I hope it ends up being one of my worst calls ever. May he never be mentioned on here again unless it's after an Erek Flowers pancake or Duke Johnson stiff arm. I had Artie Burns slightly behind him and Grace was my favorite player in the class because he reminded me of the 90s grimy LBs.
