I'm thinking that Jamal Carter might be better then Ray Jenkins as a Strong Safety.... he did a good job read and reacting to the ball the couple of times i saw him in these highlights.

Even though Ray is big it seems he is more of a free safety then a strong, he isnt as explosive in run support as u'd think he would be.

Deon Bush and Jamal Carter might end up being our best starting safety tandem before the season is out.

I think our defensive starters will be fine. The DL got a good push, which is impressive considering our OL.

Only thing I'm worried about is depth. We don't really have much.

Oh, and Sandland gives the derpiest stares ever.

exactly.... these uniforms are still the worst of all time Golden needs to burn them ****s ASAP and them shoes is terrible. I'm tired of seeing these shoes with the orange tips even the black shoes with the white tips are wack.... they need to be all black PERIOD.

Wasnt Nike suppose to change the fabric or something like that??? i cant even tell.

I was thinking the same thing...

BUT, I think these scrimmages use the uni's from last year. I'm thinking they won't break out the "new" **** until August 30th.

Something tells me that Golden, UM, nor Nike gives a fuzzy rat's *** what you think about uniforms, or shoes.

Sticking my neck out here - way out - I'd almost wager that you don't even enter the decision making process.

But while you're here, is there anything - can there be one more single thing that you can ****s and moan about - you know things that collectively don't amount to a short pile of sun-dry fly crap?

Well, I guess this ends the 'redshirt or not to redshirt Kamalu' debate. Lol.
 
I don't think Kamalu can redshirt, unless it turns into a medical redshirt if heaven forbid he gets hurt. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure he has 3 years to play 3. He only played one season out of two at JUCO.

dumb post. Dude was cleared to start practicing, what, yesterday or Friday? And he's going to scrimmage today?

He burnt his redshirt at JC. Golden has already mentioned him a bunch of times as someone who will play.
