Nice drop

According to a survey from Resume Builder of over 1,000 decision-makers, 90% of companies plan to urge employees back to the office by the end of 2024. And almost 30% of these leaders say they will threaten to terminate employees who don't oblige with the new return-to-office plans.Mar 14, 2024
It’s happening …Customers are demanding it…These terminations, imo, will quicken rate cuts.

Bankruptcies, Unemployment over 4%, bank failures are next, consumer debt is up, savings rates are down, real estate is stagnant, Fed only has 4-6 months left of cash before the next big fight in Congress.

inflation will drop due to all of them

at some point soon they will need to drop rates to prevent a harder landing. The soft landing is still possible but not probable.

I'm kicking my self so ******* hard. I bought in on Sept 1 2022, those positions are up 847%. Should have bought waaaaaay more, and I knew it too because they were the clear and obvious chip leader especially in AI. I bought right after Stable Diffusion was released. Re-bought more this january..

Honestly I think there is no going wrong keep investing in them. AMD is okay, but waaay behind with their software. Intel is behind at least a few years until their chip fabs come online, and even then its honestly mostly banking on taiwan getting ****ed. I actually really like AMD, they have excellent CPUs. But their GPUs are just not really close to Nvidia unfortunately.

I knew the post today would be on nvidia… just a cash out for employees and long term holders is all it looks like.

AI and rate cuts will drive the mkt.

AI and rate cuts will drive the mkt.

You have a ton of hopeium for AI. Near term: rates are a much bigger factor along with unemployment, bank failures, defaults, and inflation. Long term: AI will have positive and negative impacts to the economy and market.
