Bro..you talking about gutting depth as tho that doesn’t matter..only guys who are getting the handshake best of luck treatment are the 3yr 4yr guys

I don't know if the staff wants them or not but just because they got here last year does not really make any difference if after seeing them in practices for a year the staff feels they can upgrade in the portal or in incoming highschool I'm pretty sure they will.

Gutting depth…and replacing with depth though. If you don’t think guys should be pushed out, then don’t ask for guys to be brought in. It’s a numbers game

Can you actually push a kid like Shemar Kirk out? If he already used his free transfer and has not graduated yet to then grad transfer, he would be screwed no? Dont think we would do that...

Ain’t been a year. Dude literally was added this summer. Don’t know how good he is but I doubt they get rid of him that quick

If you remember Fletcher was hurt too. He got more att than Parrish in the BC game and went for 3.7 YPC. He also only went over 5 YPC once. I’m not putting the kid down even though I think he’s got a ways to go but to act like we can just throw Parrish out the door and easily replace him with two guys who’ve never gotten college att and Fletch is ludicrous.
And again, nobody on this team other than maybe Bain, Kiko and a few OL play as physical and has the heart he does. This young team needs to see that.

So then it shouldn’t be said every game he played he was our best back, now should it. He was our best back in like 3 p5 games.

Again I haven’t said he’s bad. I’d expect him to perform the exact same next year. But I don’t see why he’d return. Same way I said I don’t see why Chaney would return - and he left.

You could be right.But what if Freeney or Kirk don't like where they are on the depth chart and decide to leave on their own.With the portal anything is possible today.
 
As I’ve said before. I’ll judge Mario and the “2024” class in July summer of 2024. Lost if the roster will be flipped. Until this roster is stacked with young players that are elite, you can expect a lot of movement. Mario has to win next year. Let’s see how aggressive he gets in the portal for proven talent over developmental talent on the roster or in the High school class currently.

I never said that. I said he’s our best back. Yes he missed games. The same amount as Fletch and Cheney. Let’s not even talk about Citizen.
You were obviously completely unaware that he was injured and tried supporting your narrative by saying he got passed by and now you’re resorting to a semantically argument.
Lastly, this bull**** “youth movement” that you’re want “just because” is not an argument. Why do you want a youth movement?
I’d rather take the kid that had a better YPC and outperformed the others in games which they shared carry’s. Not to mention he’s better in pass pro and a leader.
