I’m floored how quiet Cristobal has kept this. We literally don’t even know if Briles or Schumann are actual candidates outside of assumptions.

Brady seems to be the only known option we looked at once they tweeted he will be staying in the NFL.

Surprised in the age of scum bag agents wanting their clients names out there that we have heard nothing.

I know for a fact Schuman was a candidate. Briles has too much smoke not to be but I don’t know that for sure.

I also know Brady was in contact , but I think most people ran with his name and made more of it than it was.

I also mentioned that it was likely more Oregon guys coming other than Mirabal. But you’re right , Mario has this **** locked up pretty tight.

Mannys issue was he couldn’t recruit , his scheme had too many flaws and it was getting exposed more and more every year.

The year Gerald Willis showed out was a really good defense. That d started most drives at mid field or closer because of a god awful offense and a terrible punter ( feagles). We wasted arguably his best defense because the o was trash. They finally started breaking by the end of the year but it’s amazing how many snaps they played with the amount of horrible starting field position.

That was god awful. It's been like the dutch boy plugging the dam around here. Mario has a lot of work ahead of him.

When you say Schumann was a candidate, do you mean that he's no longer a candidate? Or just that the last time you heard anything he was still a candidate?
 
No matter what anybody says, including the coaches themselves, if anybody thinks that an unqualified girl was put out there to make a meaningless kick, for any other reason than publicity and political virtue signaling, they’re dead wrong.

Additionally, if anybody thinks that it was up to any coach, or that this was a coach‘s idea to put her in, they are again dead wrong.

This decision was forced on them.

You have to stop for a second and understand this publicity stunt would have happened no matter who was coaching.

It was as significant to the women’s movement, as this was to the little people‘s advancement.

I had is / was and changed it. I know the psychos on this board break down every word lol. I haven’t heard any dc names other than him. TOS mentioned the other two as possibilities. I do know he is / was the plan A. That’s it.

Schumann makes a lot of sense given he’s a name most expected to be a major DC soon and he has a real reason to keep it dead quiet….the Michigan slugfest.

Brady I imagine was contacted because he was down here already and it did make a lot of sense assuming we had the $ & he isn’t getting an NFL OC job right away.

I’m just more surprised we haven’t heard a litany of other names leaked by agents trying to ether leverage or just expand their profile.

I judge defenses with my eyes not rankings. Other than Miss St and maybe Uga the defense played well. Even Uga got away fast. I still can’t wrap my head around what happened in the fourth quarter against MSU. That was just crazy.

Go watch that Bama game and tell me that’s not top shelf stuff. When’s the last time Alabama was shut out in three quarters? Ten points in regulation. If Auburns rb stays in bounds it’s likely only 3 points.

Hate to say it but the almighty Gaytor pretty much shutout Bama after the first quarter of their game.

this happens thousands of times in the history of football. The better team is blowing out the other team and then there’s a letup. I mean I’m sure you and I have seen this happen literally hundreds of times in different football games. Once you downshift it’s hard to upshift
