SIAP: Robinson not traveling with team

What a terrible decision this kid and his father are making.

Without Al Golden, Robinson would be all but out of football. He would have never seen the field at Florida with his work ethic. At Miami, he needed a coach that would make him compete in the weight room and on the field. He had no shot under Shannons watch. Golden gave him that.

I am sure that was brought up in the conversation and they didn't like it. Typical spoiled kid with sense of entitlement and parent that is angry at the world. He just cost his kid the possibility of an NFL career.

This is going to end with him being booted off the team. There is no other way to handle it.

I can't Wait until the defensive side of the ball is FULL of Al Golden Recruited players. Even tho EJ was almost gone.. Al got him back. And he balled out.
This Luther Robinson issue is straight ridiculous..

Why doesn't LR go to the coaches himself and have an intelligent conversation with the coaches about his playing time? Do people really think getting into it with the coaches and missing practice is going to help anything. I am sure if he went up to golden to get an answer. He would have told him.

What a shame.
 
How about performing and making a noticeable impact? That might lead to more PT versus a woe is me *****ing session followed by missing practice in a tantrum. What a loser, if he's gone for good, good riddance. I'm so tired of hearing about kids thinking they're entitled to more than they are. This isn't Hollywood, you don't get to hold out for more money or renegotiate your contract. You have to earn that right.

Unbelievable timing. I'm such a fan of the way Golden runs his team. Lazy, selfish people have no place in any work environment or team. They don't understand what being a team player means for the big picture. The only thing they are good at is poisoning other people.

Sorry Luthor, but act like a man, not a child. Daddy has no role in this. Daddy should shut up and let you handle the situation and have an ADULT discussion with the coaches. I can't imagine the rest of the players have much respect for a "teammate" who is so full of himself AND who's daddy has to come and fight for him.

You can't honestly think that not having arguably one of the best performers at DT on a unit which is clearly the weakest link on the team won't help affect the outcome of this upcoming game.

Complete over reaction by the parent, especially after game one. That's a confusing one right there, but despite that LR should have just went to practice and showed it on the field; that would have been the smartest way of justifying more playing time.

Really???

After what we saw from Jacory and the gang you don't think there are kids on this team who genuinely think they're better than they actually are?? Golden referenced it multiple times last season. Can't wait until this team is filled with guys Golden recruited. I'm fed up with these proven losers.
 
Long-term, this is great.
Short-term, this is gonna hurt tomorrow unless someone does something unusual.
