Scrimmage take...

It's possibly the dumbest thing I have read here, EVER. The Duke game perfectly played, his rating was 162, ad this tard says it was "CRAP"

UNREAL
But @calinative umstudent made a chart...lol. Trying to make these people understand, yes, Rosier was deficient last season in the accuracy department, but being able to throw the ball through a tire is not all their is to playing QB or even being accurate. Accuracy has a lot to do with timing as well as mechanics. Knowing the system and knowing where receivers are likely to be when you hit the top of your drop can make a ton of difference in the ability to quickly deliver a catchable ball. Playing QB in a balanced system means 50% of the time you're going to hand the ball off. Being competent to check in and out of run plays, recognize defensive leverage, call out assignments and make adjustments. It's protecting the ball and knowing at all times where you are on the field and in relation to the game and play clocks.

But he's got a chart, so Rick can take his three point QB grading system and stick it in his ***, I guess.

Give me Rosen and our playmakers.

Our OL isn’t elite but it isn’t a sieve, either.
If it pleases the crown..I'm going to hold out until I see that better OL we keep hearing about. The three games referenced above saw a grand total of 190 yards rushing COMBINED from our running backs. We haven't generated consistent push up front on run downs in **** near a decade, and earlier I suggested that this poor ability to gain positive yardage on 1st downs running the ball directly leads to our poor 3rd down play. Of which we have ranked in the bottom 5th 5 of the last 6 years.

I bet Brad Kaaya would look pretty good on your chart. But I guess those facts don't matter. How about these facts?
6-7
7-5
9-4
Those are Brad Kaaya's records in each of the three season's he started. Here's some more facts.
0
0
1
That's the number of 10 win seasons, Coastal Division Championships, and wins against teams who finished the season in the AP Top 25 in those three seasons.

But I bet he would look good on your little spread sheet.
The SOLE thing Kaaya wasn't better than Rosier at was mobility. That is literally the ONLY argument anyone can use to say Kaaya was worse than Rosier. Kaaya was absolutely the better passer. That is literally undeniable. The stats, tape, everything backs that up. There is no pass I would rather have Rosier make than Kaaya. However Kaaya was one of the least mobile QBs I've ever seen, and it became a serious problem, particularly because our OL sucked.
Secondly Kaaya had much worse OL play, and a defense that was not even close to as good. Like how stupid is it that literally the only thing you can even argue about to defend Rosier is wins, as if a team can't drag its QB to more wins than he'd get on his own.

I'm not arguing that Rosier can't get us another 9 to maybe 10 ******* wins. We have enough team talent to get us there, regardless what Qb we have (which is the reason I want to ******* go with the QB with the most potential). What I'm saying is Rosier isn't good and has no chance of beating Clemson. That's the entire point. All you guys wanting Rosier are literally just happy with a 10 win season where we get ****ed by Clemson at the end and lose a random game or two along the way. Thats literally what this comes down to - Are you happy with getting our **** pushed in to end the season? See those stats I have listed in orange when Rosier played against the FSU, VTech, ND, Clemson, and Wisconsin (our 5 most important games) last season? Those are the ******* games that matter, and Look how *** Rosier played in those games. Until you can find a valid argument about his performance vs those 5 teams that isn't just "well he won 3/5 of them" you aren't going to convince me that one of the freshman is the better play - or that one of the freshman couldn't perform AT LEAST to that level.

We aren’t Alabama but we aren’t FSU. Aside from 2001, Miami never really had dominant OLs.

I think we are a good ACC line but not on the level of the four playoff teams. We are getting there but not yet.

IMO, our QB play was a bigger problem down the stretch than the OL. There were too many throws we just missed. And the passing struggles hurt the running game.

Would also trade Rosier for Rosen, btw. Was only taking issue with the O-line portion of your comment.
****, I'd trade Toledo's Qb Logan Woodside for Rosier in an instant. There's about 100+ FBS Qbs I'd rather have had than Malik Rosier last year. Who wouldn't trade the Best QB in this upcoming draft for Rosier? They'd be an idiot.

BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE

"Nah bro when you have people who probably didn't watch the whole season or just have the football iq of a shovel and candy necklace go "derp derp 10-3" it gives me eye cancer"

"Having rosier at qb is a disadvantage lol"

"The only throw in giving him is Fsu which was a fantastic ******* throw ... But don't kid yourself with. Gt he closed his eyes and prayed on that one "

"Man the thing is though it just wasn't the last 3 games he played like **** it was throughout the whole season.. The last 3 is where he just got flat out exposed imo"
It's because I'm tired of this thread and you keeping @ me bro chil tf out you ******

Also Kaaya played with much worse OLs imo. Last years OL was worse at Run Blocking that it was pass blocking for sure.

The best part about hating on Rosier those three games...

Against Duke he accounted for 315 yards. The running backs 94.
Against FSU he accounted for 283. The running backs gained 54.
Against UNC Rosier managed 376 yards while the running backs pitched in a whopping 42 yards.

We lose all three without Rosier.
They were also losing vs fsu and unc because he couldn't complete a **** pass.

2017 Team Defense Rankings:

Wisconsin - 2 (L)
Clemson - 4 (L)
VT -13 (W)
FSU - 18 (W)
Duke - 21 (W)
GT - 33 (W)
UVA - 40 (W)
ND - 45 (W)

Miami was 38 overall

Nothin beats them using the example of Duke, FSU and UNC games as PROOF he was crap. A stretch of 3 games where he went 3-0 and accounted for 10 total TDs.

UNREAL ANALYRSIS
God **** it bro please go on YouTube on watch the unc game before you spout off on stupid box scores

So who led us to the 24 second half points and the win vs. FSU fellers????? Our running game? Defense that allowed 17 in the 4th??
Who went 3 quarters literally completing 20% of their passes? Im sure the defense was tired by time the 2nd half came.

God **** it bro please go on YouTube on watch the unc game before you spout off on stupid box scores
You mean the game he won on the road, while accounting for 400 yards and 3TDs???? The game he got hurt in and sat a series in the first half, and still did that. THAT GAME???????

C'mon kid
