Scrimmage take...

I hear you k9 but to me it wasn't just about statistics with Rosier, especially when we were winning. That kid has HEART and he gutted out some really signature plays last year. I'd say a better comparison might be Brock Berlin - good when the offense is tailored specifically to his strengths (see UF 2003/most of 2004), terrible when it's not (the rest of 2003, esp the UT game.) Brock's 03 UT game was Malik's Pitt game last year. A flat-out terrible performance with everything to play for on the line.

I dont disagree ghost but its just my opinion is that for Miami to get to the next level they need better QB play(which I simply dont think Rosy can provide - and hopefully Im wrong). I just look at the weapons the Canes have this upcoming season and it would be a **** shame if they didnt have a triggerman who could consistently make - and see - the routine plays

If Richt believes 12 is our best QB, so be it. I just hope he can be better than what he showed last year.

**** bro I'm not trying to get you riled up
But you're being a straight hypocrite rn man you're getting salty because people aren't agreeing with you
I'm not salty because people are disagreeing with me. My opinion is not dependent upon your agreement. And honestly, it's basically just you, @orange&green84, @topcane--who's just going around down voting anybody, and @calinative umstudent.

No, what bothers me is that when Berrios goes to a few practices and says he doesn't see any of the other guys being able to beat him out, but YOU KNOW it's because he's covering for his old roommate.

Coach Brown says Rosier is ahead and it's on the other guys to prove that they can step up and compete, but YOU KNOW that's just coach speak. He don't really mean that.

When Richt says Rosier is QB1, no question about it, is the only QB currently capable of running our complete offensive system, and is ahead of everybody, but YOU KNOW that he's really hoping Rosier fails so he can finally give the job to his "hand picked" QB.

There's a reason Rosier is being referred to at the starter by every coach and player on the field, and it ain't because they just all feel like lying to us. To quote coach Searels, "You think we come out and practice it like that because we're not serious about it?"

I can tell you're in your feels right now.

What every rational Cane fan is thinking.

Also, you better watch out - @Loose Cannon is going to be mad at you.

No. It's pretty much the same thing I've been saying all along. In fact, I bet I can pull at least 5-10 times on this thread where I've said that our QB play has to be better, and/or I don't care who it is that makes it happen. You've spent the better part of two days trying to chop down the strawman that you built, this false notion that people are satisfied with Rosier's play last season and believe that it will be adequate this season.

Look man I'm not going to preach rosier didn't do anything for us ... But I think we as a program can do better and we deserve better and to get us to the next step we need better qb play And there is that chart to prove it but if he's the quarterback for next season I'm not going to stop watching I'm not going to call for coaching changes its just simply is what it is

Also you should take into account his running. His completion percentage is garbage and that's not nothing, but he did a lot with his legs to help even that out. He put up an amount of offense (roughly) equal to Kaaya's passing, and he's got a better defense and that led to 10 wins. If he had Kaaya's accuracy, I'd be changing my name to "6 Rangz".

Well, your jimmies are rustled indeed. I'll let you work that out yourself.

Are you ******* serious? That's all you have done for the last two days!

"I'm just convinced the people defending him just haven't seen the games though and the chart just doesn't do it justice how bad he was."

"Yes I know people who defend rosier make me want to huff paint"

My personal favorite:
"he was bad all the ******* time. I'm **** well saying yes all he did was complete a miracle pass against Fsu."

BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE

"Nah bro when you have people who probably didn't watch the whole season or just have the football iq of a shovel and candy necklace go "derp derp 10-3" it gives me eye cancer"

"Having rosier at qb is a disadvantage lol"

"The only throw in giving him is Fsu which was a fantastic ******* throw ... But don't kid yourself with. Gt he closed his eyes and prayed on that one "

"Man the thing is though it just wasn't the last 3 games he played like **** it was throughout the whole season.. The last 3 is where he just got flat out exposed imo"

Nothin beats them using the example of Duke, FSU and UNC games as PROOF he was crap. A stretch of 3 games where he went 3-0 and accounted for 10 total TDs.

UNREAL ANALYRSIS

I would rather Rosier with Bama's OL than Josh Rosen with our OL.

The game of football has changed a lot over the years, but having an elite all world OL is still the best recipe for winning.

And in the end, Saban still made a change at QB because having a competent QB still matters.

Comprehension and QB analysis. Work on them.......

I comprehend that you three can be given stats that point out Rosier has a lot of deficiencies as a QB and chose to have your heads stuck up each other's ***.

I also comprehend that your QB analysis means ****.

The best part about hating on Rosier those three games...

Against Duke he accounted for 315 yards. The running backs 94.
Against FSU he accounted for 283. The running backs gained 54.
Against UNC Rosier managed 376 yards while the running backs pitched in a whopping 42 yards.

We lose all three without Rosier.

You mean like your analysis of his "CRAP' QB play in 3 games he went 3-0 and accounted for 10 TDs? That kind of "comprehension"????

LMAO

It's possibly the dumbest thing I have read here, EVER. The Duke game (vs A top 25 defense) was perfectly played by Malik, his rating was 162, and this tard says it was "CRAP"

UNREAL
