Safety play..

Its a failure but both safeties early entry, we knew that, we had to replac them, Harris is unplayable and there was no one else.. I was a fan of markieth coming out of high school but he cant gain weight and coaches knew they didnt trust him, how can you go into season with nothing? We knew, get SOMEBODY or were there scholarship limits? I dont even need a superstar expensive safety, GT safeties are million dollars..

The play is sooooooo bad.. We still backpedaling while the QB is running past line of scrimmage, its just frustrating to say we all in with Cam and WE KNEW Safety had nothing in room. Our DC is the safety coach!

If we had JW and KK this year at safety, we are 10-0 right now. No question.
They were good to give up some plays last year, but with Cam on the other side, they would be in their bag with how teams would be forced to play our defense.
 
GT safeties "see ball get ball" no thinking at all. If X does this then expect Y to do this, simple ****.

Our safeties if X does this then expect Y to do this but only if Z does this, but if you see W do this check zone, but if he does what we want stay man. Mf'ers be in a blender before the snap

Mesh is slow and Davis doesn’t understand football plus the coaches obviously don’t trust the younger players yet

I ask that same thing… if Markeiths issue is tackling wtf is the difference between Harris who is just as awful in run support as he is in coverage

Williams is a ball hawking heady safety… I still remember the Florida game they dialed up an iso to a safety who ended up being Williams who played it beautifully for a knock down

It’s clear they’re thinking too much! Not enough read & react. I was there & y end communication is horrendous.
Meesh isn’t a dawg at all! Better suited in nickel role , stops feet, gets shook, not strong.
Harris… he needs to either bulk up and try for outside backer or hit the portal olio.
I’d rather take lumps with Zaquan & Markeith then this!

IMO. Guidry seems like a bit of a know it all at his pressers. Dawson always sounds like he wants to improve. Guidry smiles and talks like hes shutting everyone out.until proven otherwise he's aG5 hack which is why hes playing the upperclass guys who crush us so much.

The time to play would be the last month. Nobody other than OJ or Bain from those classes should be penciled in as a starter after playing minimal snaps in a year our defense sucked like this. You going to blindly pencil dudes who haven’t done anything as starters? That’s on the coaches for either not getting them ready or not playing them. It’s not because the starters are playing well.
 
It can’t be overstated how bad 7 is. Literally can’t do anything right.

Constantly whiffing on open field tackles. Mf completely whiffed on gang tackles multiple times today. Dude needs glasses or something. I thought Roger and Knowles were bad, this dude is the WOAT. First ballot **** up.

This is why I'm disappointed...This is the same thing with D'No and Manny...Your group can't be the worse group when you are the DC, it just doesn't make sense...It's corching territory...
