I don’t mind traffic as long as there is ample parking. Back in the day at the orange bowl used to park on peoples front yards for a few bucks.

Granted I did not go to many games in the OB but I did sort of dig the charm of parking and partying in someone’s front lawn.

One lady had a ****er bucket for me/men outside and my wife was welcomed into her home to use the washroom (ode to my Peeps north of the 47th parallel).

Oooooooooo; before The 9ers moved from Candlestick, I went to a Bears/9ers game there. Ouch on that traffic off Cesar Chavez & that 101??! Still the worst traffic I’ve ever been in, but it was all good. The new stadium in Santa Clara, was much better ONLY b/c there’s a hotel directly across the street.

The 101 sucked. 280 was always the play. Unfortunately, from the stick you dealt with the 101.

It isn’t coming from tax payers. Ruiz hasn’t mentioned any partners in this but we’ll see.

I get Ruiz's money is long but how long do we think this guys money is to fund this entire project? This would require crazy capital to get done. Probably 550Mill to 1Billion range.

As a business person where's the ROI? How does this benefit Ruiz and his business venture outside of mass exposure?

Usually in situations like this the city would sell the land, but that would never happen
