100% agree with you bro but projects like this require at least 30% liquid capital to get moving. Large banks don't usually fund massive projects like this on their lonesome. Usually tax payers dollars and tax breaks lure big money investors to join in on the projects of this scale.

People saying Ruiz plans on funding this entire project seems a but unrealistic and ambitious. I could be wrong though.

So as you are the websites unanimous and undoubtedly the “realist and coolest” poster on CIS, I am asking for your guidance and unquestionable posting moxie on how to navigate these murky uncharted waters.

How u formatted this was perfect, actually. I remember I had this major rant when I first joined here, & although I tried to make salient points, it was completely lost b/c it was hard to read. Lol.

I try to read every post on here, whether I agree or not is no never mind b/c I respect everyone’s position & opinion on any topic here. That’s what makes a great msg board; different opinions & friendly debates. (Well, I respect 97% who post on here, lol). But, it has to be readable to, which I jokingly said “paragraphs.” Lol

Like I’ve said when it came to recruiting, when we had fans freaking out about the “lack of results” after Mario’s 2-months on the job (lol), imma sit back & enjoy all of this.

We went from ninjas pulling up on yachts, invading coaching clinics acting like a uncorked frat boy, governed by an AD who had to be told by his wife how to put on a pants leg at a time, to an alpha AD, & coaching staff who are embracing alums & fans who want to boost this program to new heights.

Who in their right mind wouldn’t think the pre-eminent architect firm in the world, that specializes in sports venues wouldn’t create a stadium that would be a pure home field advantage from an amenity & acoustics standpoint? I do know y; the fact is, this stadium can be the most fan friendly & while also greatly benefiting The University, and a certain segment of the fan base will find complaints b/c “their” convenience was encroached upon.

I agree with you though. That's why I posted earlier a lot of our fans are in for a rude awakening if they think this can't feasibly happen.

HKS is top notch. Ruiz doesn't seem like someone who fcuks around and UM would absolutely move forward with this IMO
